i bought formulate shampoo but have considered cancelling due to the negative reviews from this year, what shampoo would you recommend? or do you think i should still give formulate a shot.
I've invented a way for people with hair that isn't quite long enough to tie it all in one bun or ponytail to nevertheless tie it up: 1) Tie a pony tail as high on the back of your head as you can, so you can get as much of your fringe at the front into it. So make sure youput the hair tie in slightly lower, so the tail doesn't stick out backwards, but hangs down instead. 2) Tie a second pony tail lower down with the rest of your hair and tie the first tail in with it. This way the effect is similar to a braid that starts at the front and eventually works its way to the back and hangs loose.
Great timing. Every year I see people giving up on growing out their hair because of the heat. I just pull it back. It isn't perfect or entirely comfortable, but man once autumn and winter come, its so worth it. Long hair with Autumn/Winter styles looks so good. Summer.. I mean, shorts and a tshirt or tank top with long hair can look good, but that is only really when its a mild summer, when it is hot and you are all sweaty and nasty just from being outside, it doesn't look all that great. So until then.. ponytail time!! :)

I think those trucker hats with the mesh back might also be good for hotter weather. I've also considered wearing visor hats which are like hats with no top, just the visor and a strap around your head. However, I imagine the wind will still blow your hair around. Epic elephant

Today was sunny 26C so I just flipped the braid up to the front and bobby pinned it down to try and get an even head tan in my back yard. Epic elephants! I like to wear a visor when I workout to keep my hair from looking wild. The visor isn't tight and I'll have my hair in a top knot. Also, Mr. Clean Magiceraser is great for hand washing your caps.
