i noticed you got a weight stack pin , how is that working out for you? I was looking into getting one since I want more weight for lat pulldowns but I'm a bit scared if the cables are strong enough to hold extra weight. Hows it working for you? Also great channel ! Somehow I stumbled on this video and very impressed ! I'm curious of other ways your getting more bang outta your buck from this machine. Thanks !
@@danielpalma3526 appreciate it and just do this for fun. Pin handles a 45 pretty easily and will add a 25 on there. After that I probably wouldn’t add more. Overall a great machine and would buy again.
I got my full-body exercise just unboxing all the pieces and lugging them across the house into my exercise room! When i recover in a few weeks, i'll try some actual exercises...
My pleasure and you are welcome. I love this machine, the Rogue attachments and it is the right form factor. A little short if you are tall but works well, especially for the price. Thanks for commenting and have a great rest of your week.
Noticed you got weight stack pins. Are you using them and do they work okay on the trainer? I’m getting a Centr 3 and wondering if I should order these up to add more weight.

Hahah nice and enjoy it. I do love mine but it of course has a few negatives, however those are not even close to worrying about
Curious to know the footprint of this. How far from the wall does this stick out, and how wide is it?
I was looking at these exact rogue attachments, thanks for the demonstrations and reviews!

Yes the gym pins work great and I do use them. I would order them “if” you need more with lat pulldowns or similar exercises but would wait.
@@EricB03thanks! I’ll wait. Would you mind sharing which ones you purchased if and when I decide to pick three up? Thanks again and great video!
