@@JTCPingasIf you have the ride editor plugin, you can use the arbitrary ride type cheat to set the coaster to the LSM/Giga Coaster, and use the plugin to change the track to the standup track. The vehicle height offset is the same for all three coaster types, so the trains will sit at the correct height on the rails, AND you get the better stats of the other ride types.
The ability to resize the graph horizontally is great! My next wish is to have the y axis auto-scale or resize with the vertical resizing. I don't need to see up to 50 G when I'm just trying to see where it gets close to 3 G.
Sitting here still hoping for inversion pieces starting/ending on a banked and/or slope turn for more variety. So it's possible to go from a banked turn directly into a corkscrew etc., that would be so awesome (of course the current state and updates for oRCT are awesome already, would just be the icing on the cake for me)
Do you think we will see the old coasters cars having sprites for the new inversions? Such a shame to have every coaster have the same type of cars or having sick coasters with glitchy inversions.
Basically requires understanding of how the original ones were created, then that process could be replicated for new ones. But I have absolutely no idea where they come from. Can't even tell for sure if they are recorded or purely synthetic.
@Deurklink I've been trying to make a recreation of the Battlestar Galactica dueling coasters and having these elements on the inverted coaster would be super helpful
0:51 Oh Yes. Stand-Up Skiffa Loop. >.>
How many Bones do you wish to break?
Me: Yes.
Happy new year lads! :)
The New Stand up Coaster Track Pieces are Gonna Be Great for Making Togo Mega Coasters.
Good luck doing that while keeping the intensity below 10.

Unbanking turns being added in more coasters is awesome
Great project to follow and play, so much effort thanks alot 👍💯
Wholesome content

Hope they'll add New themed ride entrances and exits :)
I might actually use the stand-up coaster now.
I honestly hope we get all the same track pieces for the wooden coaster
If so! Openrct2 should add booster tracks to the single rail coaster that would be great!
Nice video

depends if anyone's willing to recreate the 3d models that were used for the originals
That would be a game changer
Eventually the plan is to make own graphics for openrct2 so it can be played without the original assets, that would also include new train sprites
I wish park visitors would have more visual diversity like different hairstyles, maybe someday they will manage to achieve that.
Hey everyone
Hey dan1RR
Hi dan1RR
How do they make the new track pieces that look exactly like the originals from the game?
Blood, sweat and tears
wasn't opaque water always available in RCT2 just not on by default?
Nope, it was only a thing in rct1
I'd love to see some new(?) drop screams, hopefully it's possible.

@@Uerdue The audio for the screams and crowd came from a live recordings. The RCT2 chain lift sound was Raging Bull recorded by David Ellis
What's the difference between the stand-up coaster and the classic version?
There are some graphical differences. Most notably, the bank angle is much steeper for the RCT2 version.
@@Deurklink Thanks for the info! Love your update videos on the game.
Nice to hear :)
I hope they make an update with automatic custom supports whilst building, it would be really cool.
That sounds like something which could be implemented in a plugin rather than in the actual game code.
can we save coasters with the new track pieces now?
No, else i would have mentioned it in the video :)
It’s just been saying protocol is unknown and won’t update, how do I fix this?
Use the openlauncher that you can download from openrct2.io
I am new to RCT 2 can someone please explain how I put the update to my game please thanks
There's a guide on openrct2.io i recommend getting the launcher from there
7:14 so it wasnt just me
What change are you still waiting for?
save format for tracks so we can save with all the new track pieces
What are y'all's thoughts on the planet coaster franchise?
The freedom of the track designer I like, almost every ride beyond the standard ones being its own paid DLC not so much
I haven't actually played it yet lol
Is your website up to date? You should also add a link to it on your vids
Are we ever going to see these elements on inverted coaster?
Probably!
@Deurklink I've been trying to make a recreation of the Battlestar Galactica dueling coasters and having these elements on the inverted coaster would be super helpful
Especially a large curved hill and drop for the inverted coaster would be nice!
@@MarkFendy-sw7hn agreed!
