6:38 I truly hope you revisit the movie as you stated that it's a movie people may watch more than once. Clearly, she narrated the story behind the five men who impregnated her. She actually married 2. One passed away and the other stole from her and ran away with her money because he had another family else where. The one with the hausa man, there were preps/talks of marriage but the family did not agree as she's not from their tribe.
I hope you come back to clear that point you raised about the five men or not understanding how no one married her. It is narrated during one of the earlier scenes where she was talking with some women from the community. Just maybe, you didn't pay particular attention to that scene.
But aside that, nonetheless loved your review!! ❤

I appreciate your balanced review. I just saw the movie and in my opinion, the movie is good, but not worth all the hype. The script is not so good and the runtime too long. Some scenes don't land. However the acting is awesome especially Funkes, the dynamic and chemistry amongst the brothers are top notch. Those who love emotional flicks will love this movie. Not me. That part of the movie was too over the top. 5.5/10 for me
