I have spent my adult life in boots, first in the military and now in my civilian career. My first pair of Hanwags changed everything for me. They were the absolute best boots I had ever worn or owned. I bought them in Finland while on a trip for work. I loved them so much I bought a pair of Gruntens, another pair of Makras, and I am ordering the Tashis tomorrow. You can see the focus on quality and the care put into every part of the boot. I visited Rolls-Royce Deutschland this spring to see the new Pearl 700 engine that I teach to our employees and customers, and the same pride in craftsmanship that I saw in Dahlewitz is what I see in my Hanwags! You are the Rolls-Royce of boots! Schonen tag!

Trage seit Jahren Schuhe aus eurer Hand, den Alaska und den Tatra, im Dienst wie privat wenn ich draußen unterwegs bin. Bis jetzt selten bessere Schuhe an den Füßen gehabt. Passform etc. ein Traum. Also HanWag auf die nächsten 100 Jahre!!!!!

Kannst du den Alaska als alltagsschuh empfehlen? hab den Bergel und der ist schon recht schwer und steif. ist echt was fürs Hochgebirge, weniger für den Wald und Mittelgebirge. Der Alaska sieht gut aus, rollt er auch so ab, wie er aussieht?
@@onkelotto8556 du der Alaska ist definitiv ein „Trümmer“ von Schuh, für den Alltag mir definitiv zu schwer
@@jensbergweiler8080 ich hatte ihn nur in der hand und fand ihn so leicht. wie gesagt der bergel ist ein echter klopper. hilft wohl echt nur in den Laden und ausprobieren. Danke dir!

@@johnwaterhouse2660 Hi John, for the Tatra II and its nubuck leather, we would recommend to apply the Hanwag Shoe Wax from time to time to care for the leather. You can find more information here: stories.hanwag.com/en/how-to-clean-hiking-boots/

Hi, in case you are here because you are interested in finding out more about safe maker Hans Wagner from the Netflix production #armyofthieves, we unfortunately have to disappoint you. 💰 The real Hans Wagner did not build any safes, but really good outdoor footwear. He founded his first shoemakers workshop near Munich in 1921. Enjoy watching his and our story. 🥾

Schönes Video. Tradition ist sehr wichtig, leider wird sowas in der Zukunft immer weniger werden. Vieles wird im Ausland hergestellt und nur weil die einzelteile in deutschland zusammen gebaut werden, darf man den Made in germany Stempel auftragen (siehe Liebherr). Ich spare für den Hanwag Alaska GTX, kann es kaum erwarten. Liebe Grüße aus dem Ruhrpott

Innenfutter aus Leder braucht der Mensch, bzw Ich 🙂 stellt die Produktion solcher Schuhe bitte niemals ein. Ein guter Schuh brauch kein stinke Goretex
Daher Hanwag die Einzigen sind, die Schuhe für Hallux Valgus herstellen, Stiefel für Haglundsfersen hat auch noch keiner gemacht.
