I have watched a lot of movie reviews. You are the most intense movie watcher that I have seen. Your attention to the movie while watching is impressive. It's about time somebody out there watches a movie and takes it all in. Great reaction and I love watching your reviews.
Love your reactions! You actually show more of "the" scenes and most importantly, you don't talk too much!! We SEE your genuine reaction. Keep it up! :)
Rocky and Rocky II can be watched back-to-back as though they were one four hour film (yes I have done that a few times). Rocky II has always been my favourite (I saw this one first). I grew up rewatching it constantly, and there was a period in my teens when I would get up two hours before I needed to get ready for school to watch Rocky II every morning - it was a motivator. It's fantastically written and performed, and this was also the first Rocky film Stallone directed also.
Stallone was good at giving Adrian these dramatic moments where she says something to inspire Rocky and change the course of his life for the better. As people have said a million times, Rocky is a love story at its core.
My wife wouldn't watch the original Rocky for years, saying that she wasn't interested in a boxing movie. She finally watched it with me, cried and loved it. She immediately wanted to see the second one. Afterwards she told me "You never told me this was a love story." 😂
I'm kinda starting a new thing where I go around appreciate the reactors that don't yammer for the entire movie. Your reaction was great. I already watch your music reactions, cause you are amazing, and I think Bass players need more love! Now I'm subscribing to your channel because you do movie reactions right. You actually watch the movie. Also, if Rocky's training montages and the freaking bell don't get you pumped, then you are already dead. 😂
I ran those stairs. Me and my buddy made a competition. First to the top, 2 steps at a time. There are 110 ten steps and they are slightly uneven and some different sizes on each plateau. I have a LOT more respect for Stallone because I am in shape and that wears you down as you get near the top when you go 2 at a time.
Burgess Meredith absolutely brilliant in this. Quite overlooked but a massive part of the franchise and I couldn't imagine anyone else playing that part.
True story - When Carl Weathers first auditioned for the part of Apollo Creed, he didn't know who Sylvester Stallone was. He thought he was some lowly set worker and complained that, "I can give a much better audition if you get a real actor for me to read against." :^) Stallone thought the arrogance and humor was perfect for the Apollo Creed role... (Maybe you know this part), Stallone has stated that Rocky isn't a boxing movie, it's a love story.
Love your reactions because you dont talk the whole time. Lol I'm a Philly chic, born and raised. I love the Rocky franchise and absolutely loved the first 2 of CREED. Hope you finish the whole series then Creed. Rocky is running on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway where all the flags are raised. Such a great scene! I always cry, too. Never gets old. ❣🥊🥊
What a great reaction Millie! And did you ever think a movie about boxing would make you cry? Lol, me either, and I still tear up at the end of ROCKY 1. I'm definitely looking forward to your reaction to ROCKY III. Thank you for sharing another awesome film with us! 🎥🍿😊
Good one, Millie! So glad you are enjoying these movies. My personal favorite of all of them is the last one, #6 called Balboa. I'll be watching along with you as you work your way through them. Thanks for sharing this one. 🙂
22:33. So, this is something I went through in 1973. I had a club foot when I was born, and the next day they did an experimental surgery on my ankle. It worked, although it’s super small and other problems, I don’t walk with a terrible limp. However, they didn’t understand care of a new born too good, cuz, like Rocky and Adrians kid, I was in a plastic box for weeks, instead of close touch of the mother, which we know now is important. Autism wasn’t a word when I was a kid. There is a hell of a lot more that goes into that story, but, what I was trying to say, is the bizarre fact that they didn’t have that kid with his comatose mom from day one means, the kid is fucked! I know it’s a story that didn’t happen, but parts of it happened to some people, and they are still fucked up from that happening.🌿🌸
Millie, I think you'll love all of the Rocky movies. When you get done with these, consider The Karate Kid franchise, including "Cobra Kai" which is a GREAT series on Netflix. Great reaction!
I'd love to see you react to *_HIGHLANDER_* (1986)🗡 Between the awesomeness of the movie itself, the *GREAT* soundtrack by Queen, the swordfighting(which includes one of the most exquisitely beautiful katanas ever made), the similar plot points and archetypes seen in Star Wars, and the top-tier performances(especially by Sean Connery & Clancy Brown), I am positive that you'll LOVE it!👍
I like you, your Videos and your cute Headphones! My Game Charakter in PUBG has the same Headphones with the same color....😏 I'm really glad that our young Generation watches 'old' Movies from the 70's, 80's and 90's!
Rocky Balboa is the greatest movie character of all time.
i love the new generation introduced to rocky
Last thing said in Rocky 1 AND Rocky 2...... I love you
Rocky is the best I've ever seen at blocking punches with his face.

Not many people get the condominiums joke.
Great reaction. Looking forward to the third one.
I just found your channel today. I appreciate reactors that pay attention instead of blabbing on the whole time. You got a new subscriber
We all cry when Adrian is in the coma and when she says “win” and at the end 😂😂😂
Stallone was good at giving Adrian these dramatic moments where she says something to inspire Rocky and change the course of his life for the better. As people have said a million times, Rocky is a love story at its core.
Rocky is great because of the great characters. Watch them all, some better than others but all worth a watch.
My wife wouldn't watch the original Rocky for years, saying that she wasn't interested in a boxing movie. She finally watched it with me, cried and loved it. She immediately wanted to see the second one. Afterwards she told me "You never told me this was a love story." 😂

I enjoyed your reaction very much. I like that you didn't feel the need to comment every two seconds. Thank you!
Awesome reaction. My favorite Rocky movies are, Rocky 1, Rocky 3, Rocky 6, & Creed1.

Oh, I look forward into your reaction to ROCKY III and the rest of the franchise, to include the CREED Trilogy.
Rocky 1,2,3 and the final Rocky Balboa the best of the series!
Good one, Millie! So glad you are enjoying these movies. My personal favorite of all of them is the last one, #6 called Balboa. I'll be watching along with you as you work your way through them. Thanks for sharing this one. 🙂

If you haven't seen it you should react to the film "Streets of Fire".
Rocky 3 is a heart wrencher aswell, rocky 4 is also a good story, but after 5 the franchise ls off in my opinion...1-5 are the true rocky movies.
Rocky 2 y 3 estan buenas.Pero la mejor es Rocky 4.
My ranking is 2,1,6,3,4,5.
It should be enough that he won without beating the guy to death.JMG
If you train like Rocky, you have to do the raw eggs . . . right?!
La II es la mejor de todas, la 3 muy buena, el resto ya decaen mucho.
