I never did whole clove of garlic or even knew of this being done. I think your way means there is way less change to burn the small minces of garlic. This is really are great idea. Awesome about breadcrumbs- again- I had no idea. You are fascinating to watch!
Oh, I didn't even think of adding breadcrumbs. I'll definitely add that the next time I make pasta. It's simple, but I like how you show to others that we don't need to drown the pasta in sauces or oils for it to be tasty. It's a reminder more people ought to take to heart. Thanks for sharing!
Some people really like adding bread crumbs. I don't. I feel like it dries up the pasta too much, so I much prefer it simpler. But it's worth an experiment at least
It is incredible how simple and easy and pure he makes it all seem. I never knew of this with the bread crumbs either. I also never thought to not dice the garlic and eat it, but to use to impart flavor and not be physically present and chewed up. Amazing!
@@dlny911 Right? It's a nice touch and a great reminder. I enjoy cooking, but there are times when I want to put too many flavors in all at once and I have to remind myself to keep it simple, let the food speak for itself.
@@muragaru553 It is so revealing! It has a self discovery element- like he reveals us to ourselves. And oh the tales I can tell of the hours cooking only to add just one more and one more and before you know it- there is not any real detectable flavor palate of individual elements - there is just overload!
Thank you sir this has been a regular addition to my meals :)
I'm glad you enjoy it :)
Keep doing these, kind sir!
I’m pretty sure this will change my family tree for the better.
