I think they should treat skypiercer as a very special item. For example, one skypierce is only allowed per team or Sky pierce deactivates for 60seconds if the wielder dies or its an item unique for a role, like its an item only for jungler. Lot's of ideas out there to balance it.

I am sure 100 % that Sky peircer item will get nerfed upon each kill will have cd for at least 5 sec to kill one again
That novaria is fun for you but cancer for opponents. Imagine a roam novaria with dire hit mages and mm won't survive this combo even if they have full health.
piercer lantern combo is op on novaria. full stack from piercer + lantern guarantees 12% execute threshold with the lantern + her meteor damage doing all the work to convert a heavy poke into a guaranteed kill

Maybe, but it really seemed that she was just hanging there. She is not punished easily even if she doesn't buy an equipment that is solely for survivability, so builds that include lightning truncheon and blood wings were great for her even though her skills don't get that much boost from magic power. The holy crystal-blood wings switcheroo really hurt her IMHO since she's not really the hero for that Mystery passive.

tank should adopt the new sky piercer its good along with dire hit and thunderbelt as ur first item its not only gives hybrid defense but also true dmg it fits with skypiercer and dire hit as a tank. Tank setter aint gonna work so shift to tank killer.but ofc not all tank can abuse the skypiercer and thunder belt so heres the list that i know who can abuse it:

Notice that their not only tank but also can deal decent DMG even without the new item, so adding it to them will be ur ADVANTAGE
in my opinion sky piercer is very good for roamers, tanks because they'll be able to finish off low health enemies if their teammates couldn't

The fact that it has high stat and low price is make it even worst, they must nerf the stat because it passive is too broken, like na item in Hinor of Kings, they make the item with good passive with no atk stat, so people will think again before they make that item
this item is only useful when you are winning/ on a killing spree, other than that it's completely useless when you lose the stacks
