in the 40s-60s most 17-year-olds spoke like him... but our education system was rigged by "people" who hate America and its values. You can look up interviews of kids in the 40s and 50s and you will see.

Exactly....when teenagers actually had to use their minds and had extensive vocabularies! These kids could learn a lot from Tupac Shakur today! He was polite, well spoken, articulate and very innocent at 17 but he was still able to understand things beyond his years! These rappers today especially 17 can’t even complete a sentence or speak correctly. They are an embarrassment to our culture and because they don’t know why Hip Hop was created they disrespect it and all of us. Sad.

Yup it is but the reason why is globalism. Most of which started in 80's. So many great things happened as well the berlin wall fell which should have helped cut spending and helped the economy. Instead spending goes through the roof and retarded wars. Presidents selling out the country to China which is the model. While Trump is far from perfect he is for bettering the US.

Not to mention the body movement classes & speech for the stage classes is why his mannerisms are sooo fluid, those exercises work to warm you up & relax you before any rehearsal & performance. He’s at a different high-school in this interview& you can just see the tip top performance ready shape he is in! These comments about him being zesty unfortunately comes from my own black people because most times we know nothing about performance art fine art etc…arts & craft is the most we learn in pre school, & we stigmatize male performers badly! But I see the muscle mass in his arms 💪🏾 lol I had no muscle mass until like 23…I think him having to leave that theatre school & become an adult a bit to early hardened him!

Look at the muscle mass on his arms lol dude was very comfortable with male body 💪🏾 I was a theatre geek & didn’t start getting some muscle mass until 23…also in ballet & fencing they train your upper body especially arms to be fluid while the legs are swift & controlled! ballet tho is tough & painful because of intensive stretching the intense muscle breakdown & reforming especially during that initial toe pointe training! but when males do ballet they get tone & muscle mass fast

This is how a 17 year old articulates himself when they have a strong mother who’s hell bent on preparing her seed for a cruel world and eager to pass him the baton of the black struggle at all odds, from a ... Panther perspective and ideology. If you’ve ever listened to Afeni speak, you would quickly realize that she emptied herself into Pac; it’s like she spent years sculpting and crafting a black-revolutionary freedom fighter in herself first, and then in her son - Pac; Tupac is mostly what Afeni would have become had she been a man. But of course, one never fully controls that which they create and produce once it’s out in the universe. As fate would have it, music gave Tupac an international platform, and so the struggle, fight, and philosophy of Afeni became legendary vicariously through her son nonetheless.

Well, the average 17 year old is certainly not brought up the way he was. As a matter of fact, the overwhelming majority isn't. He was raised by revolutionaries and great speakers (his mom was an orator for the BBP) while experiencing crushing poverty, homelessness, drug and alcohol abuse, frequently moving to different locations and all the while having a mom who made sure from early on that he understood the power of knowledge, reading, COMPREHENDING AND CRITICAL ANALYSIS.
If we consider all that, it's not that surprising that he had the mind and vision he did.
