I really like the Swedish Meatballs. Makes an easy meal. I just Google Swedish Meatball recipes and make the sauce. Last time I made them in the crockpot. Yum!
My mother-in-law was not a good cook but she actually made very good Swedish meatballs, and I don't even like dishes with ground beef mixed with anything like bread crumbs, onion, etc. I actually will not even eat meatloaf.
