The oppo enco x2 as far as I can tell. But you can't go wrong with either it seems. They've both got very neutral/balanced sound

How are the things with latency ? Especially with PC

it's not too bad, although I don't use it with my PC as my laptop has a bug when playing music through wireless earbuds, so it's mostly used with phones.
