Doom 2 Cyberland UV Max in

- 100's on everything. This level is "Cyberland," made by me. You basically spend your time fighting the cyberdemons, which is why I gave it that title. Editors used are Doom Builder 2 and Slade 3. Texture packs required for this are sf2012-tex and NB_RECOL. The music fits well with the level. The shotgun spawn is glitching out. The music is Alien Vanguard, level 30 from Icarus.

Changes made since this video:
1.) Merged texture packs into wad file (some textures had to be made because they did not load correctly after merging).
2.) Included a death exit at the end.
3.) Imported Doom 3 sounds for cyberdemon roar and palsma rifle. - Ігри

When a stage is starting you with a pistol and you having to earn the first shotgun, and in the end your BFG has unlimited ammo, you know you will need it.

+Timothy Brown You should put a few extra pillars on which the rockets can explode for splash damage, it seemed a bit of an anticlimax taking down the cyberdemons with so little effort :P Fun map though gj.

@@mArt1And00m3r11339 You've got a great series of videos, I've just recently discovered them. I started playing Doom II in '94, the final year of my degree, I still find myself playing a lot of MoP via Doomseeker. Doom never gets boring, but you're a much better player than me!

There are a couple of Archviles on this map.
And maybe a few Cyberdemons.
Multiply the number of arch-viles by 10 and number of cyberdemons by 100 and you will get the numbers.

Emir Haliki They could but I would not recommend it because a player might experience significant frame drops towards the end or accidentally blast him or herself with a BFG.

Doom Builder has a format that you can choose when designing a level. This one is ZDoom (Doom in Hexen Format), which is why you have the deep water.

Are the Level-Editors very complicated?
For beginners, creating a level is not that difficult, but creating a high quality one is. If your English is bad, then you would probably not even get past making more than a couple of rooms. The level editors are complicated at first, but after a while, you would get used to them and they turn out to be easy for use.
Ok? It was just a thought.
And for a high-quality map you need about 2 hours?

When I design levels like that, they usually take weeks to finish.
OK! Am at 'Bloody Ice' through. Here my (personal) rating: 7/10 Not bad. (Y) In many places really hard, and tricky with the traps. In spite of the mod 'Guncaster' (who makes it slightly easier), often died. Really good for hardcore fans!
Too bad that it was only this single map. But good! ^-^
