When i created the content for a UA-camr in Dubai back in 2018 I told him the same thing. If an ad is being displayed in the US or any country where Dirham's value is lower then you'll have good income. If an advertiser spends $100 in the US or Canada or Europe he might get 10 ads in $100 and if someone spends the same amount to advertise his content in India or Pakistan he might get 500 ad in same $100. Matlab where currency is low then aap keh saktay hain k Thenga :)
Can you also help with the tools and the site to use for editing the videos. Also can you also help what motivated you to start a UA-cam channel even though u have a very social life and having a full time job along with it.
