Any of the questions regarding relations with a minor have nothing to do with how someone identifies, and should boil down to one thing: informed consent. As a society, we have decided that people below a certain age are not capable of giving their consent. And a lack of consent is... It has absolutely nothing to do with how anyone identifies.

Furthermore there are times when a child decides that chemotherapy has destroyed their life and if there's a strong likelihood of dying, the patient even though they are young are allowed to make that decision and not the state. If a patient can explain in there own words what the limitations and consequences are of a procedure with the assistance of supportive parents, doctors, and psychologists, then they are deemed able to make a decision and have the ability to reason. You'll compare to statutory rape and forced sodomy but the same premise does not apply. Medical doctors are the ones administering it and have no sexual interest in the patient.
Furthermore, the "let's have a debate as to if your insane if you are categorically transgender BS" is greasing the wheel for institutionalization and denying treatment. You know a crazy person is under duress and can't make a decision. That's the broader goal here to deny care by saying all transgenders are mentally ill. You'll go for our guns next and seize our bank accounts for payment. Professional licenses starting with those that may involve kids right down to driver's licenses will be voided for transgender folk. This is genocide and you are greasing the wheel by denying a multiple decades old standard of care for medication.

All the people of the world, regardless of gender, have the right to live a happy life, and there is no discrimination in the world, and there is no hatred, cruelty, malice, and enmity in the world, and the spiritual status of human is high.

You can physically change genders but you cannot physically change your age (you can mentally), hence it isn't acceptable to have someone who relates as a person of a different age (especially identifying as a younger person) to have a physical relationship with a younger person.
You cannot physically change your gender.. cutting off your pen¥s or chopping off your b00bs wonts make you become the other gender, you need help!
You can physically change to appear as the opposite gender but you can’t actually change your gender. It doesn’t work that way, surgeries and drugs/testosterone/estrogen whatever it doesn’t mean BAM you’ve magically changed genders now congrats you are now a woman or a man whatever the goal was.
