- I ordered a Medium Nike Limited Vapor Jersey and the fit was tight in the shoulders/ I decided to see what the Large fit like. Here is a comparison wearing both.

This video is fantastic - thanks for making/posting it! I’m 5ft 7in & 161lbs, average build. I struggle with tops due to having a slightly high waist / short torso (so length of tops is usually the biggest issue for me!). I don’t like “too tight or too baggy”. I sit borderline between Small & Medium across styles & manufacturers. I’ve got a 2013 Game spec jersey in Small - tip of collar to hem is 30.5” - pit to pit is 21”. This fits great - loose ish though slightly long on me - the hem sits at the tip of my thumb (when stood relaxed). I’ve a 2016 Limited spec jersey in Medium - tip of collar to hem is 30” - pit to pit is 22”. This fits great - loose ish though due to having a different collar design it’s slightly shorter than the Game spec on me - the hem sits half way down my thumb. An opportunity came up to purchase a 2021 Limited spec jersey in Large (less than half the retail price) - so it was hard not to be interested! Measurements are - tip of collar to hem is 30” - pit to pit is 23”. This fits great - looser in the body than the Game spec, sleeves are shorter than Game by about 2” & slightly long on me, though the hem is exactly the same as my Game, sits at the tip of my thumb. I’d have perhaps liked to have tried a 2021 Limited spec in Medium - length & width possibly more comfortable for me, however this wasn’t available (or at the price point!). As the Large Limited sat in line with my Small Game (albeit slightly wider) I decided to keep the Large Limited as it was a great price. This is a great video. I recently purchased a Minkah Fitzpatrick jersey in a medium and agree with your comments on the lack of forgiveness in the shoulder/upper back area of the jersey. Thanks for the video. I just got a 49ers shirt and was going to send it back as thought it had been made incorectly due to the tightness. You're right - if you lift your arms up the whole shirt rides up which is a daft design but if that's how it is will just have to put up with it

I'm 5'10" 160 lbs, and for me the large fits me best in the Limited Vapor jerseys. I typically only wear this type and size of jersey over a t-shirt, but if I wanted to wear it over a hoodie I'd need to go up to an XL. Thanks for this video because a lot of folks wonder what their size would be in this kind of jersey and may not be able to get to a store to try them on.

Great video, 5'8" and 210 lbs. Went with a large josh allen. Quality is great like you said but yea fit is off. I was thinking about returning it but it was hard to find now that they changed the limited to heat press numbers and the limited elited is out of my price range. I really wanted the stitch numbers and name so its a keeper and since even if i found an XL it would still have an odd fit

They both look good. Medium looks a little better in my opinion if you don't have a sweatshirt underneath it. I'm 5'10", 180lbs, and I have a medium jersey and it fits well. But if I tried to layer much underneath it I'd probably want a large.
Late reply but thanks for your comment, I have exactly the same height and weight and have been going back and forth on a medium or large. I do plan on layering at least a sweatshirt underneath as I’m gonna be going to a December game in Ohio
I’d recommend a large. I had bought mediums when I was that weight I’ve gained 20 pounds or so in the last time I purchased and worn the jersey’s consistently. And I feel that pull more the guy is taking about but also I slight tightness in the collar area. So I’ll be purchasing Large moving forward.
So I'm 5'8/180lbs. I lift so I have a more pronounced chest. I wore a Large in Reebox Jerseys but had to size up to an XL in the Nike's. When i first ordered a Large, the chest and arm pits didn't feel right. They felt tight with no wiggle room for comfort....and i hated how the whole jersey would lift when I would reach up. But the fit was good in the stomach area. When I got the XL the fit was far better in the chest and arm pits.....but now I have too much room in the stomach area. I prefer loose but not baggy. Just remember everyone's body shape and size is different. So it's really hard for anyone to give you a fair assessment on sizes.

I guess it depends on one’s personal preference. I don’t like a jersey too loose since I am a thin guy. I prefer a small for me 5’ 7”

just got my julian edelman vapor jersey, you're right about the stiffness and the neck hole, but i think it'll be fine, cuz i'm already short (5'1 hahaha) a medium will just look too big even tho they are a slim fit....ended up w a size mens small

For the medium is a little tight but it works for me. I can’t stand baggy jerseys and I order a OBJ medium limited. I am happy with it.

I'm 6'1" and 160 pounds. Tall and thin. I got a Large Dak Prescott jersey. The jersey fits and looks great. It looks awesome with a long sleeve t-shirt underneath, as well as a hoodie.
EDIT: I originally made a comment about the Medium I bought. Since then I exchanged it for a Large. The Large fits perfect. The Medium fit more like a t-shirt. While it did fit, it didn't fit right. It was far too snug, and the stretching he demonstrates in the video made it very uncomfortable. The Large fits best.
I have an old Roy Williams Reebok jersey which is a Medium. As tall as I am, the sleeves go a little past the elbow and the length is well past my zipper like a dress. And that's with a Medium. Just a little insight into how big the jerseys use to run and why I would go for shirseys (t-shirt jerseys) from that point on. This is my first jersey in a very long time.

A few tweaks and this could be a real nice fitting jersey. For now the neck opening and lack of stretch in the shoulders is funky.
So you have an Size Recommendation for a German viewer :). I am 6 foot and weigh about 165 lbs. I bought the Seahawks Jersey in a Size Large but it fits way too lose. Now I am struggling if I should get a small or a medium Size.
It's hard for me to say since I am 5'8. I am the same weight and Med is pretty good fit. I would think at your height Medium would be better than Small? Maybe someone who is your height will chime in. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful. Cheers!

The larger size is better. Im about to sell my Edelman jersey juat so i can get a size up. Its wild how they changed the sizing. A 2xl in the new Nikes fits like an XL in the first generation of Nike NFL jerseys. They slimmed them up too mucj

If the medium and large have the same armpit issue then there’s no point of me trying to go to a medium from a small. The stomach area and length fit me perfectly on the small, it’s just the arm pit area that’s a tad restricted.
I’m hoping it stretches over time. But it’s bearable not that bad. Go Cowboys! Had to get a Parsons jersey! #11 I’m 5’4 btw and idk my weight.
Yea, you just have to get used to the restrictive underarms. Kind of a weird design. I think mine has stretched out a little bit over the last year but still not ideal. Thanks for the awesome comment!

Im not sure. I have only the Vapor jersey. Maybe the Game jersey and Vapor are different styles of fit.

When you got the large compared to medium how different was the collar? I have a big ole head haha and my medium was a pain to get on so I’ll probably end up exchanging it for a large
I think the Large opening for the head is bit bigger since the Jersey itself is a bit bigger. I think the fact that they gave no stretch to the collar was a pretty strange design. I sent the Large one back otherwise I would measure them. Did you notice the back shoulders and sleeves did not have much stretch as well? Tks for the comment.

The Limited Vapor is probably more like a real jersey compared to the Legend. The Legend are the more affordable ones right at Dicks SProting Goods? The fit is a little weird on the Vapor but they are pretty nice quality. I have two of them now. Thanks for the comment

I personally have not tried on any Youth Jerseys or Game Day jerseys. From research and comments it seems the Limited Vapor is a much more form fitting fit than the Game jersey. I would go Medium in the Vapor at your height and weight. Im 5'8 160ish. If you decide to try a size, leave us a comment so we can help out others your size and weight. @@harwinph2536 The Medium is a pretty good fit for me and not too baggy to wear with no undershirt. I think a little more stretch in the collar and the back shoulders would make it a more comfortable jersey, but the size itself is a pretty good fit. I have been happy with the Med. I have not tried the Small. :)
@@kidwilson3357 i got the youth XL one and it fits me perfectly. It fits almost like medium, just slightly shorter on arm. The only complaint is the collar does not stretch at all, so you have you be careful before put it in or take it off

Question about the jersey itself: are the designs on the sleeve screen printed or some kind of cloth?
The sleeves have a really heavy duty paint like material. Not cloth or mesh type. The stripes have no stretch to them which makes the jersey stiff as well. Doesn't feel cheap though. Cheers

I'm a skinny dude 5'7 135lbs. I got a Youth XL JJ Watt Jersey(not limited) and I dont like how baggy It looked on me. What size should I get to avoid a baggy fit? Especially on these Limited jerseys
I'm 5'5 and 125lbs (female). I agree that the Youth XL is too baggy. This is because the Youth XL is actually wider than the Adult Small. The problem is that the Adult Small game jerseys are way longer in the body and the arms than the Youth XL. They completely drown me since I am only 5'5. I tried a Youth L and it is 2 inches shorter than the Youth XL but about 2 inches thinner. So it fit better in the width but the length was too short...so for sure would be too short for you given you are two inches taller than me. I then got an Adult limited jersey in size Small and measured it against the Youth XL. The length was the same as the Youth XL but the width was smaller by about 1-2 inch so I would recommend trying an Adult Size Small limited jersey if you were ok with the length of the youth XL jersey but just not how baggy it was. The limited jerseys are much shorter than the Adult game jerseys and also are not as long in the arms as the Adult game jerseys - by a lot! If you thought the length of the youth XL jersey was too short and the jersey was also too baggy then I'd suggest an Adult size small game Jersey as these are longer by a good few inches but less wide by about an inch. Hope this helps!

I would think that Large would be good for a little bit of a baggy fit. I like the loose fit of the Large in the torso but the extra length of the Large hangs a bit lower than I like. ( I dont really tuck my Jersey in). So if you go large it is going to hang a bit more. You are an inch taller so take that into account. Maybe some folks will chime in. Thanks for commenting.
