These are the best parks for me, right back to the days when life seemed a lot simpler. Glad they still exist and hope they will continue to do so for a long time.
My father (who passed in 09) rode this in the 1930's and 40's!!! So cool 😎 to see 👀 this video!!! Brings back so many memories for me!!! Spent a many of summers here!!!
This is one of my favorite parks in the country. It's a nice mix of tradition and modern thrills. The story behind their carousel is fascinating and says a lot about the park's commitment and determination. And that flume ride is absolutely terrifying. The drop is really intense. And as for the Bobsleds: it was built entirely in-house by park owner George Long.
As a kid i always looked forward to summer days spent at Seabreeze.. I'm so glad they have never tried to replace the old rides.. this park has always been kept in immaculate condition.
Seabreeze is such an amazing gem of a park. It lacks the massive rides of its local competitor over at six flags Darien Lake, but it has a lot of smaller more classic rides that appeal to younger kids. Also has a pretty fun water park for those hot summer days
This is what I love the most! Old school amusement parks! They are a dying breed. Your laugh on the Jack Rabbit was so genuine, and reaffirms my love for the classics!!
When I rode the Jack Rabbit back in the 90's, a little girl was sitting in the seat behind mine. When we entered the tunnel, she let out a blood curdling scream which busted my right eardrum. To this day, I am still deaf in that ear... I actually prefer the bobsled over the Jack Rabbit. That was my favorite ride in the park!
Fun fact. As Leap-The-Dips was not operational for 15 years in the 80s and 90s, the Jack Rabbit is the oldest continuously operating roller coaster in the US and 3rd oldest in the world. It was also once the worlds fastest rollercoaster
That looks like a fun time. I love an old school attraction. I hope Seabreeze stays around for a long time to come. Thanks fro taking us with you and stay safe on the open road.
So awesome to see you at Seabreeze! I'm from Irondequoit. Wished I could have got a selfie with you. Keep up the great work. You bring a lot of joy in my life!
Thanks for introducing me to Seabreeze. I had never heard of it but I love it because I love old school rides. Just wish you could have showed more of them.
I wish I would have noticed you were here! I live 15 minutes from Seabreeze and have been going there since I was 2 years old. It's awesome to see you visit a place that is near and dear to my family! PS... Gotta sit in the back of the log flume!
YES! You finally made it to Seabreeze! Hope you had a blast! That's actually Lake Ontario, not the Irondequoit Bay - that's a bit more hidden from view from the park. Your Whirl Wind reaction was priceless - thinking about using that scream as my new ringtone. 🤣
Im so glad to see you riding the coasters!! The more frightening a ride looks the more likely I am to ride it. I don’t want to look back on my life realizing that I let fear control and/or deprive me of something that might have added some fun and joy to it!! Even if it turns out badly, knowing I didn’t let fear stop me from trying anything, makes it worth it!
At 3:31, this 🎢 roller coaster seemed just like one that I rode as a child in Des Moines, Iowa. RIVERVIEW PARK had some great vintage rides. Love the wooden roller coasters! Thanks Jacob.
Oh my goodness seabreeze. I've been there with my cousins. When I was a kid I thought it was interesting. A small park like that unique to the Rochester area growing up on both sides of the border on Canada side and the American side I got to say seabreeze was an interesting little park to me
Thanks for visiting Seabreeze Park. I got to visit it once and liked the variety of the rides. Since Lakemont Park is not going to operate any of the amusement rides this year you can now say you rode the oldest operating roller coaster in the country. I liked its out and back layout and felt it was properly named since you felt like you were jumping along like a Jack Rabbit. By the way you mentioned that you saw the bay from the bob sled ride however what you were seeing was Lake Ontario. If you get the chance I would you also visit Waldermer Park in Erie, Pa. It is another smaller park that has two roller coasters, a dark ride as well as a log flume and ski lift to view the park from the air.
This was a great park to visit due to it's classic status as 4th oldest park in the country!!! Awesome that it still has a roller coaster built in 1920, n even better that they haven't tore it down n replaced it with some newfangled contraption!!! Attaboy, Carpetbagger, great choice for a video!!! Love the old style arcade n gaming boardwalk too!!!!
Never seen an attendee sitting at the top of a ride before, like the girl was on your water flume ride, love the old parks like that, enjoyed watching, meant attendant not attendee 😊
That was a good one Jacob! It's called The Time Machine because it makes you wish you could go back & never got on the thing. It took me awhile, too funny!
Thank you for visiting Sea Breeze! I didn't know you have, I only just started watching your videos this month. Now if you haven't visited Darian Lake already and are in the area of Corfu NY it is a must! Always enjoy your videos!
I hope you see this comment. I have a tip for you for the claw machine! When the claw goes down and grabs the prize. Double tap the drop button. On some machines it with tighten the grip.
My guuuuuy. I found this channel when he did Sylvan Beach and have loved the channel since then. I live in WNY. Seabreeze is about 10 minutes from me. I lost a neon pink TMNT hat on that log flume.
I was hoping you would go to Seabreeze! I spent many a summer there! And now that I’ve moved away, I can watch your video and live those summers over again!
Thank you so much for showing this park. I have not been to this one but the old school is kid of cool. That newer spinning roller coaster was crazy. Thank you again. Happy you enjoyed it as well. Keep safe!
Been there several times, its a fantastic old school amusement park. Parks like Seabreeze used to dot the country by the THOUSANDS, theres only a few left
What a wonderful video by my favorite park traveler (I too live in NC now 😉) and a bit of childhood nostalgia for me. I grew up in that area, my grandparents lived on a strip of land that has since been flooded and turned into a marina connecting the bay and the lake (Irondequoit and Ontario, respectfully). When I would visit my mother's side of the family we would gather and meet here at Sea Breeze, and only my Uncle Chuck would ride the Jack Rabbit with me and ride it, we would!! Carpetbagger, You've managed to do the impossible for me, as of late. You brought back my smile. And, it felt just wonderful reliving these memories. THANK YOU and just think, in the more recent times you have people commenting about your roller coaster videos lacking POV and other nonsense, here is video I found by chance that may very well have been the key to help turn my life around. I heard myself say to no one as I sat in my recliner in the darkness, "what are doing with your life? The boy you're remembering deserves better than the man you've become." Keep doing what you enjoy, and you may just help change the world for the better!
One of the reasons I suscribe to this chanel is that you sometimes go to smaller lesser known parks that I often have not even heard of. This one looked clean and well kept with some fun rides.
Great video Jacob Sea Breeze looks like an old school classic theme park I love it I got to go there one day ride the jackrabbit especially a roller coaster that was made back the year my grandma was born
Awesome video. Ive been there many times. I love that place. My son told me one time that he was going to ride the Whirl Wind until he got stuck on it ,guess what he got stuck on it. I have lots of great memories there. I live not to far from there.😊
So happy I dont have to go on these rides. My stumac was turning just by watching you Love old organs like that!!! A stunning carousel, Love to ride them!!! I love this park. Thank you for sharing
Hi there Jacob your old friend. Fan. And follower Marie From Scarborough U.K hope you are keeping well all the best to you... Great vlog really enjoyed watching this great work please do continue.... Wonderful content Marie XXXXX
You definitely should try to visit "Artisan works" in Rochester NY next time you're around, you will not regret it! A huge museum with tons of interesting and weird pieces of art and design.
I can't believe how close you are getting to win that Yoda. I know some secretes with the Claw games but that game I have never won. The only thing Seabreeze is missing is a good Dark Ride. I couldn't help but crack up with your riding those roller coasters. Great video as always Jacob. TY
Fun! So great to have a nice place you can take the family. Appreciate as always you taking one for the team so we can watch you suffer on those rides! 😅 Take care.
"The whole thing is like one big downward spiral". Jacob just described my whole life in one sentence 😄
Glad I’m not alone feeling like that!
Lol I was thinking the exact same thing.
I’m dead!
🤣🤣🤣
Also…..me as well.
💜I love NIN too pretty hates my fave tho 🎃
The faces that he makes on roller coasters makes me laugh. Another archenemy of the Carpetbagger is the dreaded claw machine.
Compressed air, Baboons, Chimpanzees, and Camels, just to name a few others. But whatever can be said about the Carpetbagger, he faces his fears!
@@agerven I agree. 🤣😂
And haunted houses 😂
These are the best parks for me, right back to the days when life seemed a lot simpler. Glad they still exist and hope they will continue to do so for a long time.
My father (who passed in 09) rode this in the 1930's and 40's!!! So cool 😎 to see 👀 this video!!! Brings back so many memories for me!!! Spent a many of summers here!!!
Everything at Seabreeze is made before the artistic scheming of Disneyland! The lakeside park is as old as heaven!
They way Jacob giggled on the Jack Rabbit coaster was so wholesome. 💚
The park looks so clean and the rides are in great shape
This is one of my favorite parks in the country. It's a nice mix of tradition and modern thrills. The story behind their carousel is fascinating and says a lot about the park's commitment and determination. And that flume ride is absolutely terrifying. The drop is really intense. And as for the Bobsleds: it was built entirely in-house by park owner George Long.
Wooden coasters are fantastic 💃🏼
This is my hometown some fun times grow up there. It was called the water log back in the day
Why didn’t you get on the sea dragon? It’s the 2nd best ride next to the Jack Rabbit
I used to go here all the time as a kid watching this brought back so many memories even the pouring rain always rained when I would visit
I love old school amusement parks.
Their log flume is THE BEST!! We went to Seabreeze this summer while on vacation at Niagara Falls. Beautiful, clean family-friendly park!
As a kid i always looked forward to summer days spent at Seabreeze.. I'm so glad they have never tried to replace the old rides.. this park has always been kept in immaculate condition.
That spinning car coaster looked like SO much fun
Didn’t look like Jacob was having much fun on that ride!
What a fun and awesome old school park! thanks for taking us along!
We love Seabreeze so much! Glad you made it there. Those bobsleds are an absolute gem!
Seabreeze is such an amazing gem of a park. It lacks the massive rides of its local competitor over at six flags Darien Lake, but it has a lot of smaller more classic rides that appeal to younger kids. Also has a pretty fun water park for those hot summer days
Thanks for visiting!!! ❤
This is what I love the most! Old school amusement parks! They are a dying breed. Your laugh on the Jack Rabbit was so genuine, and reaffirms my love for the classics!!
i’m so glad i started working at seabreeze this summer
Your reaction on that first hill of the spinning coaster, sir. I watched that a dozen times. You have brought the hysterical glad this day… haha
I'm so glad I found this channel his bright energy and happy nature makes me less depressed
When you go on roller coasters your face reminds me of John candy's from national lampoon vacation lol
I love Seabreeze Amusement park, I went there this year and had a great time. It's the only amusement park i've ever been to so I grew up going there.
I live kinda near this park, havent been there since before covid but this place is a must go to. I have lots of fun there
I have been to The Seabreeze Amusement park about 2010 With my Uncle And Aunt. It was fun
Jack Rabbit looks like a total classic, good simple roller coaster fun. I would love to ride that!
Fun fact. As Leap-The-Dips was not operational for 15 years in the 80s and 90s, the Jack Rabbit is the oldest continuously operating roller coaster in the US and 3rd oldest in the world. It was also once the worlds fastest rollercoaster

Thanks for introducing me to Seabreeze. I had never heard of it but I love it because I love old school rides. Just wish you could have showed more of them.
The bobsled is such a neat simple ride
I feel like you had a genuinely great day at this park.
I wish I would have noticed you were here! I live 15 minutes from Seabreeze and have been going there since I was 2 years old. It's awesome to see you visit a place that is near and dear to my family! PS... Gotta sit in the back of the log flume!
Awesome My hometown. Used to ride the jackrabbit with my dad as a kid. many times.
Wooden roller coasters are always a different ride on a different day they really move and change with the weather
YES! You finally made it to Seabreeze! Hope you had a blast! That's actually Lake Ontario, not the Irondequoit Bay - that's a bit more hidden from view from the park. Your Whirl Wind reaction was priceless - thinking about using that scream as my new ringtone. 🤣
I love Seabreeze its fun!!!!! I like the jack rabbit roller-coaster
I genuinely love watching him have fun 😂😂
Im so glad to see you riding the coasters!! The more frightening a ride looks the more likely I am to ride it. This is my childhood right here thanks for doing this . Fun fact my family ran to security for seabreeze for years
The jack rabbit was built a year earlier than when babe Ruth hit 46 home runs in the first half of the mlb season and set the record. Crazy stuff.
At 3:31, this 🎢 roller coaster seemed just like one that I rode as a child in Des Moines, Iowa. RIVERVIEW PARK had some great vintage rides. Love the wooden roller coasters! Thanks Jacob.
Yay super fun amusement park

I like that amusement park 🎢
Thanks for taking us along sir. Moving to Binghamton, New York soon can't wait to visit Seabreeze.
My 3 yr old is currently going around saying "Hey you all" and "Please, follow me" 😊 She loves your channel as much as I do.
Never seen an attendee sitting at the top of a ride before, like the girl was on your water flume ride, love the old parks like that, enjoyed watching, meant attendant not attendee 😊
I was born in Penfield N.Y. I loved ♥ going to Sea Breeze when I was a kid...
That was a good one Jacob! It's called The Time Machine because it makes you wish you could go back & never got on the thing. It took me awhile, too funny!
I love Sea Breeze! I hope you'll consider checking out Auburn, NY- about an hour east. It's "History's Hometown"!
I was just in Auburn! I agree it has Harriet Tubman house, William Seward house and Auburn Prison site of the first electrocution.
"Old Sparky" can be seen at Swaby's Tavern, along with other interesting artifacts.Auburn is also where sound on film was pioneered by Theodore Case.
Liked the mild coasters and you did get really splashed on the flume.
Thank you for visiting Sea Breeze! I didn't know you have, I only just started watching your videos this month. Now if you haven't visited Darian Lake already and are in the area of Corfu NY it is a must! Always enjoy your videos!
2:34 for the first time the theming on one of these weird spinners makes sense.
Lol. I live to see the carpetbagger's face while he rides roller coasters!!
Looks like some good old fashioned fun
That's a very very beautiful merry go round and even the organ as well there
I'm with you Jacob, the old school roller coasters are more fun.
One thing I have learned while watching TCB over the years, when he gets on a roller coaster, immediately lower the volume on your television!
Mr. Carpetbagger rises my would!
And the water park is fun too
I think that's the happiest you've ever been on a roller coaster!!!
Can't wait to watch this Jacob! 😄 Thanks and best wishes ☀️
Omg I’m so happy. I grew up in Rochester and this park was my childhood
Just watched a new vlog about Sea breeze and they have a brand new ride for 2024
your reactions are golden ! thank you.
Thank you for showing our local park. It’s really a Rochester classic.
I live south of Syracuse NY and never knew this existed. Great video!
In the 80s? Lol. I'm about 45 minutes from you. I just commented and asked if he's going to the Fair.
I was hoping you would go to Seabreeze! I spent many a summer there! And now that I’ve moved away, I can watch your video and live those summers over again!
what a great park. love the costers.
The look on the girl's face at the top of the flume ride cracked me up.
Your reaction to the Jack Rabbit compared to the little dude behind you is priceless!😂
What a gorgeous job of upkeep this park does! Thanks for the rides!
YES! So happy you chose this place! It’s a big favorite of mine.
Am going this weekend am so happy 😊
Thank you so much for showing this park. I have not been to this one but the old school is kid of cool. That newer spinning roller coaster was crazy. Thank you again. Happy you enjoyed it as well. Keep safe!

My family and I were just there 2 weeks ago!
👍👍👍👍 I really enjoyed this video, Jacob! I really love the old school amusement parks.
The Bob Sled and train are my speed for rides!! Very pleasant to watch.
Literally sitting in bed watching TV with my partner *last night* and talking about going to Seabreeze to ride the Jack Rabbit. Perfect timing, Jacob!
No matter how many times I watch jacob ride rollercoasters I lmao 🤣🤣
Took a newer Roller Coaster to hear the old Carpetbagger scream , Love the older rides , very cool park . Keep Safe ❤Keep Well❤
Jacob found his ideal park. They have kiddie coasters with adult size seats.
So awesome i watch you religiously!! Its really nice to see you on rides again Yeyeyeyey
Awesome video. Ive been there many times. I love that place. My son told me one time that he was going to ride the Whirl Wind until he got stuck on it ,guess what he got stuck on it. I have lots of great memories there. I live not to far from there.😊
So happy I dont have to go on these rides.
My stumac was turning just by watching you
Love old organs like that!!!
A stunning carousel, Love to ride them!!!
I love this park.
Thank you for sharing
Jacob, I think you found a roller-coaster that I would be able to ride! The bob sled one but I would love to be able to ride all of them! Thanks!
Hi there Jacob your old friend. Fan. And follower Marie From Scarborough U.K hope you are keeping well all the best to you... Great vlog really enjoyed watching this great work please do continue.... Wonderful content Marie XXXXX
Looks like this old park is doing alright. Good to see.

It’s also missing a few sharks with black eyes, like a dolls eyes 👀!
Fun! So great to have a nice place you can take the family. Appreciate as always you taking one for the team so we can watch you suffer on those rides! 😅 Take care.
