Brother in my the most important section is assets of issue department which says the minimum reserve of rbi is 200 crore out of which 115 crore should be in gold form and rest on forex. Other important section rbi is like any bank has balance sheet, p and l account. Most important is rbi is the monopoly when it comes to money creation. Nobody can question rbi and it's official as longs it's done in good faith/trust.
