I wish I had taken the time to write his recipe. Is it somewhere? I was also disappointed at his treatment, it seemed he was kinda dismissed and I had NO idea at the time what was going on. I’ve wanted to tell you that for a long time. ❤️
Could I possibly use some fine white corn flour for the mole? I don't have access to fresh corn masa where I live and would love to give this recipe a try
