Just had to return a new stand mixer [heaps expensive] for a second one that actually works! So many luxury items are for 'on display'. I get them to order me one and have it sent home [to Newcastle]. I trust the S A to examine it and I ask personally for this before it is sent. Have not had a problem. Trouble is when they are not as fussy as we are.I buy a lot of 'Coach". I know they aren't a 'luxury' brand but never had quality issues with them. Order from their website. We expect perfection from Chanel and LV but they are not. Maybe Hermes are, I haven't anything from them. Oroton is another fine brand too. xxx

But after discovering the more luxury brands I stopped buying coach. Not because I think their things are worse in quality just I know I would always pick my Chanel bags over them. Hermes is the only brand left with exceptional workmanship. Oooh I used to buy a lot of Oroton bags during uni!! I have sold most but kept 1 bucket bag. I don't use it now, but the leather is still amazing 😁

That zipper was horrendous!! I can’t believe I didn’t check lol!! When I go back I’ll have to be very careful to check every single detail 😅🫠 my SA was very nice to order another one for me. Hello lovely!! I can share the recipe ofc!! You will need 300ml warm water, 3 large eggs, 30ml melted butter, 2-3tbsp sugar, 1/2tbsp salt, 115g all purpose flour. Cook the eggs and sugar on the stove to create emulsion. Then add the rest of the ingredients. You can brown the butter before you add it in for extra flavour. Then once it's all combined you let it rest for a bit in a warm environment. When you are ready to cook, just scoop out a bit in a cup. Put a few drops of oil in nonstick pan and pour while moving the pan in a circular motion to coat the bottom evenly (as even as possible). Once one side is cooked, flip and cook the other side and you are done!! Normally we make all the crepes in one go, then put filling in them and then reheat in oven. Otherwise they get cold too quick haha.
Hi Amy! In the LV denim collection the print looks better than its predecessors. And the denim color is perfectly casual looking! But since it’s unstructured without lining, I could just imagine how it would be if you stuff a lot of things inside. 😮 And in the long run probably look used. Oh, so you have another quality problem with the bag you bought? That’s so disappointing! I recall when you had one also with your mini 22. That should’ve not happened given that these brands charge a ridiculous amount! Thats probably also the reason why I’m stopping from buying bags if they won’t shape up their quality. I’ll probably get heart broken if it happens and there’s no store here ro request for a replacement. Attn. Chanel! 😂 The only bag I bought from LV that had issues was my OTG tote in GM size. I should’ve gotten the PM when it was first released but I was planning to use that for a travel bag, hence the bigger size. After just 3 uses the side upper middle part of the bag started to have this annoying fold. I don’t use it anymore since I haven’t travelled for a long time and that bag is sure to be on the chopping block at Fashionphile! 🤣 Thats weird that you haven’t checked the zipper of the bag you had replaced. Thats probably the first thing I’ll check. Perhaps you were too concentrated on the stitching to be perfect that you missed the other details. 😊 Good that you are using your other bags! I like the short sleeve beige knit at Hermes. It’s classic like a cable knit sweater but the pattern looks interesting. Oh my those plain black knitted ones that you can get at Primark probably cost a lot! So your bf finally had his cameo voice appearance in your content! 🤭 Maybe convince him to show his face some time since we already heard his voice! I’m sure you’ve heard of Mel from Melbourne, I used to watch her but I find it weird that her husband has appeared in so many of her videos but never showed his face. Yes I agree! The light wash blue denim is so gorgeous for summer 😍🩵 you will definitely need an organizer with them tho, they are very unstructured. A bit too unstructured for my liking 🙈 I am sooooo disappointed Bryan 😩 I really wish I hadn't bought this bag now. But if the one my SA ordered for me is perfect then I will still be happy. Ughhh so annoyed. I really like that sweater too, just confused when I'll be able to wear it. If it's hot enough for short sleeve that material will be too warm. I think for privacy reasons Mel's husband never shows his face in her videos. That why I don't show my bf or my parents in my videos either. So random ppl don't recognise them walking down the street. People already recognise my mum as she goes shopping with me sometimes and she doesn't like that. Your bf made a comment so it kinda sparks curiosity like when Mel’s husband talks at her videos. Before Sophie Shoshet’s husband appears at her content but was probably annoyed being recognized in public so when he accompanies her he probably is her videographer so he’s behind the camera. Anyway, so you bought a leather bag at LV, with a zipper so it’s not a Capucines or a Go 14. Maybe it’s the side trunk. Hahaha! Will wait for the unboxing of your final LV bag? 😂 Usually when you go abroad you get caught up in the moment and the last thing you would do is inspect the bag thoroughly. 😊 Thats why every time I ask my sister to buy me a bag, I have to plead with her to look at the bag carefully and open and close the zipper. No all my bags that i bought last year I asked my sister to buy for me because I started going frequently from the hospital starting March of 2023 until November 2023. I thought that was it for now but last May this year l had yet another procedure. I got lucky with the Jodie bag because they still had 4 to choose from and prior I got the number of the CA at the BV store at The Mall and he would send me pictures and videos to choose from. 😊 Sorry for the confusion if you thought I personally bought the Jodie bag from the outlet. After my sister and my niece went to the Holy Land for her to be baptized in the Red Sea they went to Italy. I think if I’m not mistaken what I got from The Mall was my Givenchy fabric Pandora with the dollar imprint. 😊 That was a long time ago. You said you were not able to visit there right? You’d probably get charged for excess baggage because the prices there are so tempting and sometimes the styles are just a season behind! 😂Plus they have lots of stocks and sizes for clothes. But you know what? I was pissed at Fendi because I asked my sister to buy me 2 water bottles. When I was talking to the CA through WhatsApp, she showed me a pic of the price. I bought 2 because I wanted to give the other to my mom because she always brings a water bottle when she goes out. When my sister picked it up, the price increased to €100,00! I was not aware that they can change the price just like that, so my sister was not aware of what the real price was! 😮 The CA apologized and offered a discount the next time one of us visits there. Yeah thats going to happen. She said she was on holiday that day and her colleague attended to my sister. Even so how the heck can you increase a sale price? Weird! 😮

Despite it being more of a casual style, the gold chain on the front does dress up the bag and you also have the top handle too. So you can detach the crossbody strap and use it top handle for more dressier occasions. The vachetta is also pretreated so less delicate than untreated vachetta. I also like that it’s a magnetic closure so very easy to get in and out of! I hope you are enjoying your bag!!! 💛 the yellow is sooo gorgeous!
Let's go to the points: (hahahaha 🙈) 1. Luxury pieces are really being made with such poor quality! Details that should be perfect are coming with horrible defects! And they're not worth the price they're charging. Chanel, for example, we have to keep an eye on every detail, because sometimes I swear I see seams all crooked, a bit uneven! This causes me great anxiety (I have a woc that I noticed only when I got home, and I had bought it in Miami.) And the Louis Vuitton zipper problem... Omg, that's horrible! HOWEVER, I have two all leather Prada bags that I bought in 2021, they are horrible to open! The zipper is super stuck, honestly I'm afraid to open it and ruin the zipper 😖 it's very strange! Because the Prada zipper is so smooth... at least in a canvas one I had! 2. I think your boyfriend is right! The value was not paid for the chocolate... but for the design and packaging! Hahahaha 🙈🤣 but I think the experience is valid!! If it were here in Brazil, I would definitely have bought it 🙊 3. I found your LV very cute! I love this format! And the vintage leather trunk bag, I would definitely buy it 🥹🤎 4. Hermès, Hermès, and more Hermès hahahaha ok! I confess that I am a fan of Hermès... I think so far they don't make mistakes in terms of perfection in the seams... and the cool thing is that they are handmade by artisans... so they don't go through any machinery 🤖 And the clothes look so beautiful on you!! 🥹😍 I loved the coat and the turtleneck shirt! And with our large collections, is it really worth keep adding? Were you able to take your Chanel woc to your home store to exchange? That was my fear buying a bag in Paris as well!! So I made sure to check VERY carefully. And declined 3 of them until got the perfect one! I'm surprised to hear about your Prada leather bags, have you taken them back to Prada? Maybe they can wax the zippers for you. So maybe our misconception about leather pieces being more premium from a brand is really wrong!! YES! No regrets buying the chocolates. You gotta try it just once 🤣 I think because you can't just buy them anywhere adds to the allure lmao! I decided not to sell my LV nano noe hahha. It was very easy to use and super lightweight. I'm glad I used it again hehe. That mini side trunk looks gorgeous!!! Wish it was slightly cheaper tho! 100% agree about Hermes craftsmanship & quality!!! To this day I've only had 1 faulty item from them, one of the twillies I ordered had a small pull in it. But the colorway is so hard to get I decided to buy it regardless, as you have to look very closely to be able to see it. Never found any faults with their leather pieces, every single one is perfect!! And I do think that comes down to each piece being handmade by skilled artisans. The white shirt with the ruffles on the collar is so darling right. I'm a bit worried I will get it dirty haha. I like the short sleeve beige knit at Hermes. It’s classic like a cable knit sweater but the pattern looks interesting. Oh my those plain black knitted ones that you can get at Primark probably cost a lot! Yes I agree! The light wash blue denim is so gorgeous for summer 😍🩵 you will definitely need an organizer with them tho, they are very unstructured. I really like that sweater too, just confused when I'll be able to wear it. If it's hot enough for short sleeve that material will be too warm. And if it's cold, then the short sleeve would be too cold. That's why I really wish it was long sleeve lol. But I may get it, I love the color! I think for privacy reasons Mel's husband never shows his face in her videos. That why I don't show my bf or my parents in my videos either. So random ppl don't recognise them walking down the street. People already recognise my mum as she goes shopping with me sometimes and she doesn't like that. That's why she doesn't want me to show too much of her bags/outfits.

Anyway, so you bought a leather bag at LV, with a zipper so it’s not a Capucines or a Go 14. Maybe it’s the side trunk. Hahaha! Will wait for the unboxing of your final LV bag? 😂 Usually when you go abroad you get caught up in the moment and the last thing you would do is inspect the bag thoroughly. 😊 Thats why every time I ask my sister to buy me a bag, I have to plead with her to look at the bag carefully and open and close the zipper. No all my bags that i bought last year I asked my sister to buy for me because I started going frequently from the hospital starting March of 2023 until November 2023. I thought that was it for now but last May this year l had yet another procedure. I got lucky with the Jodie bag because they still had 4 to choose from and prior I got the number of the CA at the BV store at The Mall and he would send me pictures and videos to choose from. 😊 Sorry for the confusion if you thought I personally bought the Jodie bag from the outlet. After my sister and my niece went to the Holy Land for her to be baptized in the Red Sea they went to Italy. I think if I’m not mistaken what I got from The Mall was my Givenchy fabric Pandora with the dollar imprint. 😊 That was a long time ago. You said you were not able to visit there right? You’d probably get charged for excess baggage because the prices there are so tempting and sometimes the styles are just a season behind! 😂Plus they have lots of stocks and sizes for clothes. But you know what? I was pissed at Fendi because I asked my sister to buy me 2 water bottles. When I was talking to the CA through WhatsApp, she showed me a pic of the price. I bought 2 because I wanted to give the other to my mom because she always brings a water bottle when she goes out. When my sister picked it up, the price increased to €100,00! I was not aware that they can change the price just like that, so my sister was not aware of what the real price was! 😮 The CA apologized and offered a discount the next time one of us visits there. Yeah thats going to happen. She said she was on holiday that day and her colleague attended to my sister. Even so how the heck can you increase a sale price? Weird! 😮

Despite it being more of a casual style, the gold chain on the front does dress up the bag and you also have the top handle too. So you can detach the crossbody strap and use it top handle for more dressier occasions. The vachetta is also pretreated so less delicate than untreated vachetta. I also like that it’s a magnetic closure so very easy to get in and out of! I hope you are enjoying your bag!!! 💛 the yellow is sooo gorgeous!

1. Luxury pieces are really being made with such poor quality! Details that should be perfect are coming with horrible defects! And they're not worth the price they're charging. Chanel, for example, we have to keep an eye on every detail, because sometimes I swear I see seams all crooked, a bit uneven! This causes me great anxiety (I have a woc that I noticed only when I got home, and I had bought it in Miami.) And the Louis Vuitton zipper problem... Omg, that's horrible! HOWEVER, I have two all leather Prada bags that I bought in 2021, they are horrible to open! The zipper is super stuck, honestly I'm afraid to open it and ruin the zipper 😖 it's very strange! Because the Prada zipper is so smooth... at least in a canvas one I had!
2. I think your boyfriend is right! The value was not paid for the chocolate... but for the design and packaging! Hahahaha 🙈🤣 but I think the experience is valid!! If it were here in Brazil, I would definitely have bought it 🙊
3. I found your LV very cute! I love this format! And the vintage leather trunk bag, I would definitely buy it 🥹🤎

I decided not to sell my LV nano noe hahha. It was very easy to use and super lightweight. I'm glad I used it again hehe. That mini side trunk looks gorgeous!!! Wish it was slightly cheaper tho!
100% agree about Hermes craftsmanship & quality!!! To this day I've only had 1 faulty item from them, one of the twillies I ordered had a small pull in it. But the colorway is so hard to get I decided to buy it regardless, as you have to look very closely to be able to see it. Never found any faults with their leather pieces, every single one is perfect!! And I do think that comes down to each piece being handmade by skilled artisans. The white shirt with the ruffles on the collar is so darling right. I'm a bit worried I will get it dirty haha. Also not sure if worth the high price tag as it's plain everywhere else 🤭
