Hi!, i had ACL reconstruction last year, im almost 9 months post OP, got a second opinion from a second surgeon, did the pivot shift test and there was an end point but a clunk, lachman test was stable. He doesn't recommend doing revision but instead recommends doing the LET procedure alone (Lateral extraarticular tenodesis). He said the recovery time is quicker than ACL reconstruction. What is the recovery time for the LET procedure alone if i already had ACL reconstruction?
