I just got my Bullfrog A6L and can't figure out what "Night Mode" is and how to change it because anytime I touch that icon in either screen it just turns off the display panel.
Hi friends. Question please? My '23 A7 shows "cooling" when I turn the temperature down. Is the spa really capable of cooling as well, or does that simply mean "no heat"? Thanks for your time and help, in advance.
Hi great overview. Having problems with my deal here in Richmond not being responsive to a six week old tub that is airlocked 60% of the Jets. Is there a customer service number to call in Utah?
Sounds like you've picked a horrible dealer & maybe that's the only dealer choice you had in your particular area and if that's the case sorry for you but if there were more dealers you should have felt them all out a bit better.
Just got done reading BBB and a lot of complaints about leaks, poor jet pressure and customer service barely or not existent at all. I was thinking about purchasing a Bullfrog but the same dealer in my town also sells Nordic. I am going to go with Nordic- a no Frills spa=less potential issues. Nice way to add to the landfill by replacing and throwing out filters every 6 to 8 weeks-not a well-thought-out idea.
ok i am stupid yes hahaha i was cleaning my hot tub, when finished i had two smallish blue rings that i have no idea where to put them back? ANy ideas people??

What if the current temperature is not being displayed on our 2024 A series? It shows us the temperature we want but no current temperature

They are most likely the gaskets that go on the bottom fitting of the Jetpak manifold where they plug into the bottom of the seat cutout.
Lots of complaints on the Bullfrog website.
