Great video, I am in the middle of re-assembly and wanted to see how you did it. Suzuki book reads 83 foot pounds for the drive wheel nut.

Just got done watching this episode and i have to agree with you them old bones didnt worry about letting guy behind know ur braking till hes up over ur backside.ive got the big bear yamyha a 94 -350 would love to know how u rigged a switch on front hand brake to rear bar light.i get how u rigged the led in there to supplement showing ur stopping,and i too would rather the switch be down on foot brake as thats one i use mostly.so if u figure a way to do it,please do a vidja on it!!!only time i use handle bar brakes is going down steep hills.not to much though or youll go ass over head mode.ha,ha,hee get it!!!happy gearing !!!ever get the snow mach.done???i just got a sweet deal on 90 polaris red n black indy 400 for 350.00 has fuel pump issue and low compress.110 on pto side n 115 on mag side.put new pump on but still not pulsing enough.runs fine on clicky clack pump.im thinking not enough crank pressure to run pulse pump??crank seals maybe?..or just lost to piss poor rings my guess!!ok get dirty,snooky pa.💥🎊💯👍💥
We bought a motorcycle brake light switch from Amazon. Ran a positive from ignition to the switch then to the positive in the led housing. The grounds were tied into the factory wiring. 110 and 115 doesn’t seem too low for a 2 stroke cold. Could be seals but I don’t think rings. The sled is almost done. Stay tuned!

Hey I’m about to do this exact same thing to my wheeler. Where did you find a new belt? Also I’m having trouble getting my machine to shift into and out of gear. Seems like it takes a lot of fooling around to get it to shift. Any advice on that? Also half the time when I put it into gear the machine dies, any ideas on that? Thank yiu
