On Lockdown in The Canaries (EP4)

During March, the COVID-19 pandemic began to sweep through Europe wreaking havoc on day to day life.
Whilst in The Canaries, Spain declared a national lock-down. Forcing us to remain on the boat, allowing only one person at a time to leave for grocery shopping.
With Elixir fully provisioned, it was tempting to cast off and find somewhere more relaxed to wait out the pandemic such as Cape Verde or The Caribbean.
However, by the day boarders were closing and it became clear that cruising between countries was going to be very difficult for the foreseeable future.
