Top tip. Switch to non-lethal pistol ammo and for the first 2 towers sneak up and knock them out. You can now disable the power without killing them. The third one isn't using the light so should be fine but I used non-lethal on him as well to be sure. 👍

Bolt cutter and crow bar can be found in the resistence armoury in the next bulding @fuse no2 on the 2nd platform with 3 enemy in there.

Another reason why SE4 is better than SE5 - you couldn't just brute force challenges like this. It's funny, though. :D

Can't brute force is a bold statement a SMG and the ability to take other smgs ammo and I've brute forced my way to most things

The operators keep dying when I cut the power.
I try to get them away from the light but they dont leave.

I would use non lethal ammo to knock them out before cutting the power

This is one time I will use non lethal methods

No I use non leathal when I am alone co-op lethal is better because one mistake will cause people to be found and awoken
