Ha! Ryan, that's the weird part...its the same exact camera and streamyard! No idea what happened that day...maybe my internet was lagging? Just an excuse for us to do round 2!
Followers are not the only metric they look at...they want to see account activity, uploads, engagement, etc. I took a quick look at your YT page and looks like you only have 1 new video in the past 5-6 years.
This has been around for quite some time now. The ones who originally got into it are saying it's saturated.... their income has dramatically dropped, according to a facebook group I'm in for this very thing.
I got accepted in Germany as well as in the us. But when i switch between the both it seems buggy… does anyone know if it’s allowed to create two influencer accounts?
This is a very restrictive process, so lets do the math: a) You need a following. b) you need some real life video/camera quipment (and or smart phone) c) You need content
I heard about yhis a little while ago -6 months max - and i thought it sounded really cool like Amazon wanted to make a tik tok arm ti their reviews...
sooooo Adam makes it appear that you just upload videos to Amazon and bingo.....not true, you only get paid if somebody clicks through to Amazon via a link on your own influencer page. ITs s great idea but looks like it really is limited to "influencers" who already have a substancial following. i love your stuff Phil but this is really misleading.
I don't want to speak for Philip, but I think you are misunderstanding. No one has to go to your influencer page and click a link in order to get paid...that is false. You get paid when someone watches your video on a product page. That is called 'on-site commissions'. The vast majority of people in the program earn commissions without ever sending traffic or getting clicks to their storefront. It's all with on-site videos that are uploaded to product pages (like the example shown at 33:29 of the interview). Hope this helps!
Hi Adam. I have just had another look, Maybe im confused here? I assumed from the interview above that you can create a video, upload it to the amazon product page and you get paid when people watch your video? is that correct? Or do you need to create your own amazon storefront and drive people to that? it seems from the amazon link here that you have to create your own storefront on amazon and you get paid when people buy from the videos linked on there? I really like your video and explanation above but i am just trying to get a better handle on how this actually works?> @@sidehustlessimplified

Philip, thank you so much for having me on your channel! Fantastic interview, and a lot of fun! Keep up the great work! 🤠
What if I don't have a website? Are there any other ways to get approval?
Any time Adam, thanks a lot for coming on and sharing your valuable insight :)
Great interview! Btw I see Adam stepped up his video quality 😂

@@sidehustlessimplified i think it was the Internet
A great conversation between two great people! Thanks, guys!
Thanks for watching Steve!!
Awesome interview...I already follow Adams videos...hes the real deal!!
I have 14.9k followers on this youtube account. It said it's not enough...
I don't think it's a "misconception" that only influencers are invited.

Just finished the whole video. Wow valuable content. Very much appreciate it
I attempted to get into the Amazon influencer program. But is really hard. I have tried so many times. Idk if there is a way to go about it lol
👀 Fascinating. Fascinating. Fascinating side hustle and super informative. Great interview, Philip. Thanks, Adam. 🙌🏽
Yes super fascinating you're right! Adam is the man :)
Why didn't you include Adam's link to Amazon Influencer Page?
Where can you register for the program? link, its this open for EU Germany
Great overview, I have been thinking of this.
This has been around for quite some time now. The ones who originally got into it are saying it's saturated.... their income has dramatically dropped, according to a facebook group I'm in for this very thing.
Take videos of products to sell, you would need to buy the product first and then what return it?
Is this exclusively in English, or are there also videos accepted in selected other languages?
I live in CT and we are not allowed to do the Amazon Affiliate Program. Does that exclude us from this too?
I got accepted in Germany as well as in the us. But when i switch between the both it seems buggy… does anyone know if it’s allowed to create two influencer accounts?
Fruitful discussion
What if you have a Facebook page with almost 9k 'Likes'? Must it be a Facebook account, and not a page? I haven't been able to find this information.
Do you have to buy the items yourself that you want to review? what if I buy items, review them and keep sending them back?
your amazon account will probably get closed if you do that. But the items don't have to be your own or purchased by you
I think amazon want to do a reel videos in the future
Again it is extremely hard to get accepted into the program unless... that's all I'm going to say about that one
Unless..?
Unless you don't have a noface channel
@@bute8489 we don't grouper we have six channels
Can you show the sign-up process for this?
Adam has some videos with help for the sign up on the channel ;)
I see. Thank you Philip!
I got rejected when applied for print on demand.

Hi ok maybe i miss-understood the amazon Ts and Cs for the program? I will have another read. apologies @@sidehustlessimplified
