It was a stroke of luck i came across your name. Myself and my wife are very spiritual. I listen to your talk everyday to accumulate your advise. Fro this month I am completing one year after my partial hip surgery. Recovery is good and my spirituality helped me a lot.i still use cane as support to walk. Once I started saying your mantra before I sleep and when I get up at 4AM things started improving. Now I walk without cane but keep it next to me in the night as precaution. Once one start treating every one equal and without judgement things will change. As you said determination and desire to commit self awareness is important. I hope I get a chance to meet you when you visit Maryland center. When I listen to you some times with happiness tears starts coming from my eyes for the devine work you are doing. I pray to god to Guide you,protect you and be with you

quite true, there is a difference between "getting disturbed + giving instruction" and "giving instruction".
If we don't like something, it's better to give instruction even 1000 times in a very calm way. At one point the person will understand.
