After payment of complete dev charges and possession, how can they ask for additional charges? The blocks which are already developed, what kind of dev charges now?
yes this is really strange thing i have paid my development charges of canal plots sector M R and O when their was 100% surcharge waiver I dont know what this phojis poor managment will take us

Probably apka experience DHA lahore mein nahi ho ga. If you have invested in DHA Multan so yes market down gayi hai. As over all economy fell. I'll advise you to wait two more years to make-up loss in your purchase.

Not to forget DHA imposes additional development charges. This new loot culture has been introduced in DHA. In comming days we might see 7150,000 development charges over a kanal plot in DHA multan. Just want people to keep this in mind before dreaming big on words of the looters. This happened to me in DHA isb and DHA lahore. Happened to a cousin in DHA peshawar and now there is this news about DHA multan. My unbiased 2 cents advice as i am not a dealer who makes money marketing unseen reality.
Agree sir ! But perhaps we are unable to make any changes plus to question any action. We are helpless. This is all under DHA management charge. I don't personally appreciate this action as well But there are pros and cons so we should rather be being hopeless we should look Forward to pros of it.....
Bhai jaan agar app koo yaad hoo toh Dha nei prism 9 mein joo coercive extra development charges liya hein woh sara bojh holders par para haa. Naa sirf yeah bojh balkay Inflation kaa bojh para haa due to late possession. And who is responsible for high increase in Construction cost of holders? Still abhee bhee pora possession nehi haa due to pockets and sarkari roads structures.
