@rawr5910 I think two things can be true. I don't agree with being a victim and I believe in white privilege. We all have privileges honestly. There is pretty privilege and all other kinds. British Africans and America Africans have two drastically different experiences. Kind of like the white in the Ukraine vs Russia. I 100% agree that black people in America should not adopt the mindset forced upon us in social, economic, and media. It's harder than you'd think though. If you never experienced it'll be hard to understand.

@CherryDollish This is so cap. Light Skin is highly valued in East Asia, South Asian, Middle East. Africa has it's issues with skin tone too. The main countries who generally don't care about skin tone is Europe and the Pacific Islands.

Black people from the UK usually face less racism than black people from the US but that doesn't diminish the racism black people from the US face. Some people do take it a step too far but from what I've seen in North America people are colourist more than racist now. Like light skin black people are glorified it's really only a problem to others when you're dark skin and that's in some areas, not all. Some places are extremely grown and diverse, though.
