- Klay Thompson is one of the greatest shooters to ever play in the NBA along with being one of the best players in the NBA. He has earned this title by sticking to what he does best, shooting the ball. Klay keeps his game incredibly simple and relies most on catch and shoot jumpers, straight line drives, and one or two dribble pull ups to score. If you watch klay truly play, hes more crafty than people give him credit for.
you cant even play in the warriors system if you can't be a playmaker who can put the ball on the floor, so anyone calling him one dimensional doesnt really know much about warriors basketball
Before, when I was just starting out in basketball, I was really into Curry. But as time went on, I unexpectedly started to admire the simple game of Klay, which is extremely effective on the court, especially his off-ball and catch-and-shoot skills.
The result is that one day, I realized that I fully adapted his playing style. I learned that it's possible to contribute to the team without necessarily needing to compete for ball handling. Just play like Klay!

his 3s his midrange jumpers is always simple but effective
The warriors do so many friggin moving screens. Not emphasized in the vid, but my favorite part of his game is his mid range.

He’s a product of the system. His shots come from motion and spacing by the team.
While his shots do come from the motion and spacing of the offense, he is still one of the best shooters we have ever seen
