Great video Lexi!! Thank you for the swatches and comparisons of the new Dior Rosy Glow blushes!! The shades you picked up look beautiful on you! I’ve never tried the original but they all look lovely. I very recently picked up the Yothforia chemical reaction blush and I love it so much. It’s a beautiful and super natural looking pink on me and I use it on my lips too. I don’t know why Dior is reformulating all of its products. Super disappointing imo as they do have some nice products. ❤
Hi Lexi, loving your makeup look today, it's so pretty. Happy to hear/see the Rosy Glow blushes didn't disappoint like the other reformulated ones. All the shades look lovely on you as does that Backstage Cool Neutral eyeshadow palette. Thank you for giving us all the deets, comparison swatches, demos and more. Fantastic video! 👏👏
I really love the Rosewood shade. It’s so pretty. I’ve bought so much blush lately that I’m holding off on this one right now. I have it on the list for this fall Sephora sale, though. That Backstage palette looks so great on you!
You look so pretty and fresh in this video. You always do, but there is something about your skin, the foundation and blush that you have on in this video, which makes you glow in this (sorry for using the word Glow for a review of a Dior Glow blush, but I'm slow this morning). Thanks for the comparisons too. These blushes look so much better on your face than in the swatches. The Rosewood was much warmer than I expected. Thank you.💚
Hi Lexi! Thank you so much for featuring 2 of Dior’s new Backstage blush shades. I love both the Berry and Rosewood shades on you (and they are seriously tempting me). Those swatches! I have only one of the blushes used for comparisons: the Valentino #3, which is in my top 5 blushes - it looks to natural! I also love your eye look in this video. Now that I see how Dior’s cool nudes palette looks on you - I had been eyeing it since it made its appearance on Sephora (Canada) - I am definitely getting it before it’s too late. Thanks again!
Thank you for putting the shades on softly so I can see them more realistically for fair skin. Some people put them on so heavy I actually was thinking no, now I'm thinking maybe. Is the purple blush similar to the Suqqu one from was it the winter on spring collection? I was just looking at that cool neutral palette. I may pick it up pay day! X
I'm thrilled the new formula is good! I have the berry shade and it swatched nicely but I haven't worn it yet. I think I was subconsciously avoiding it so I wouldn't be disappointed if it was bad, but I'll be wearing it this weekend!
@@LexiJong Hi Lexi - I'm wearing Berry today. It applied and built nicely and is still visible after abt 6 hrs spent outside in 80°F weather. Underneath, I have on the Nars Pore and Shine Control primer (recently discontinued🥺) and the Givenchy Prisme Libre powder in Moussaline Pastel to even out and blur my skin and I like it so far. I'll probably get the Pink shade to do an exact comparison but I do find Berry to build faster than my old version of Pink.
I picked up the Rosewood & Cherry and happy with the shades. I did not pick up the other reformulated Dior blush or quints because of mixed reviews. So I guess I’m happy these blushes worked for me 😆. Let’s cross our fingers for the Dior backstage eye palette because those are really great! Thank you for the review and all the swatches! 😊🌺
Thank you for just making me want that Viseart palette 😂😂 Looking adorable as always Lexi … in fact I’m so happy you shared that Dior neutrals palette too.. so pretty!!! Definitely thought cherry would be a bit more red leaning.. Amazed by all the blushes coming out… thank you again for your awesomeness! Love&light from California ❤❤
Love the Rosewood and Grape. The Cherry is too warm/orange for me. It’s going back. I was hoping for a red too. The Pink is still my favorite followed by the Rosewood. I don’t own the Coral. I’m not a peach/orange gal. The light application of the Berry and the Rosewood both looks so pretty on you!
The Berry shade looks fab Lexi - does it have a sheen to it? It looks like that on my screen and luminous on your cheeks so hoping it isn't particularly matte? The lip gloss is really pretty too. The eye shadow palette is my kind of preferred tones too - really subtle but polished - really suits you 😊
I picked up the berry and mahogany. I am light complexion but I think this brown will be great in the fall as well as berry. I have the original pink which is beautiful.
That Berry shade is the shade I've been searching for forever! I'm glad to hear that the formula works well for you. However, I'm pretty sure they have been reformulated too. After watching every comparison I could find, the two existing colours are a little bit different than the previous version. The pink is a little lighter (and maybe cooler bit ot may just be the lightness), and the coral is actually warmer. Not a huge difference but enough for someone fair and cool toned as me to be concerned that it may not work as well on my skin tone. I also heard that the formula feels different but not necessarily for the worse, and I may have seen an ingredient comparison too bit I'm not 100% sure
That is so disappointing! The original pink was perfect! I think they were reformulated as someone shared the older ingredients with me but it doesn't look to be as drastic of a change as their other items.
@@LexiJong Yeah, it seems like the formula is still fine, but why did they have to touch the colours?? 😭 I still want to find the old pink but it's pretty hard to find and not every online retailer would ship Dior to my country. I'm kicking myself now because my local Dior boutique had it in stock until very recently but I hesitated because it's more expensive here and I thought I could take the time, but just when I was about to finally order it, it went out of stock 😭
Not such a blush type of person, of course i have blushes that i love but do not purchase to many, dear Lexi, but wow getting the hype more and more, they look super beautiful on you!!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 This eyeshadow palette, i have the green one, love! Good idea, before they ruin it, thanks!!! How is Sadie?🐶🐶😘😘 Have a wonderful day!!!!😘😘😘😘😘😘
Thank you Annemarie! Sadie is wonderful! I will share some more photos and clips of her soon. She is hard to photograph and record because she is constantly climbing on me or trying to eat my phone. Lol.
@@LexiJong 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂that's so funny Lexi!!! Yes, they do that, Kruimeltje as well, everything is new, everything is interesting!!! Take your time, and love to see it when you can catch her a moment in a photo or video!!!
I picked up Rosewood & Mahogany. I was hoping Rosewood would be more mauve as opposed to warm leaning but it's ok. Not the best formula but I love Mahoney. Being fair I use a floppy goat brush with a very light hand. There's a rich rosey undertone with this shade & I love the effect on my skin tone. It does require the right brush & a light hand though.
@@LexiJong I do think it's worth a try if you like this type of shade. It's had mixed reviews & I don't think it's everyones cup of tea, but you have to be prepared to experiment with different brushes. Some might say that you shouldn't have to work so hard for that price, and I do agree, but I still love the shade & it's not hard to use once you work out which brush to use & go lightly!
I have been looking for a shade like that berry ... Looks like it holds the purple tone instead of turning more pink on application. Just wondering whether the depth of tone is too much for me.
Hey Lexi..love rosewood nd berry on u❤️👌👌I ordered rosewood only but berry is calling my name..but m actually little confused how it will look on my med tan skin..
The Haus lab blushes are brighter overall and more like a pressed pigment. I think the Dior formula is a bit easier to blend out if you use too much but you are right, they have similar shades. I didn't even think of them!
I’m so excited to see your review in these. I trust you and can’t wait. Edit. Reformulated means marketing and let’s sell it to more of a broader range 😂
Hi which one do you think looks more natural Rosewood or Pink? I’m planning to buy one but don’t know which shade to choose. I want a natural daily wear shade.

Beautiful! I've only purchased the Lip Addict Lipsticks and balms from Dior and I own quite a few of them. They are truly "Addictive"!
Yes! And those are totally worth getting. I hope they don't change those also.
