Heard this again after a long time. This is one of those songs that captivates you. No matter what you are doing it makes you stop, listen, and reminisce. Took me back 20 years when this movie released and brought back a flurry of happy memories. Went to see this movie in theater with cousins. Didn't know anything about it other than Amir Khan was acting in it. There were so many pleasant surprises. Awesome music starting with the opening track by Roopkumar Rathod and Sonu Nigam, captivating story and all around solid acting. Then another surprise: this gazal. Sonali Bendre was the most beautiful woman in the world in that scene, standing in the wings and staring at Amir Khan. When Amir Khan steps out of the car as ACP Rathod outside his office, my sister screamed in excitement and entire theater burst into laughter. Thanks to you, I got to re-live those happy moments again when life was much simpler and carefree. May god bless you and all the creative people who make this world so beautiful with their art.
