When I was watching this earlier I was noticing how much the parents enjoyed the "torture" of the kids, and I was about to post a comment saying as Ametica is such a bastion of democracy it is only fair if the parents took a turn being dunked by the kids. So well done to the whole family for getting completely into the spirit of it. Great family fun
Hahaha that was fun. It reminded me of apple dunking. Halloween wasn't a big commercial thing in the UK, but we did play a few games. My favourite was apple dunking; using only your mouth, you had to collect apples from a big tub of water. I think it was a British thing, but maybe it was just my family that did that.
@@travelingfamilyoffive Really? Okay. In Britain, a boob is a mistake or a breast. Not that a breast is a mistake. We also hung apples from strings, but I can't remember what that was called. It was fun though. I loved those games. We made some decorations... a pumpkin was ideal, but more often we used a coconut to make a lantern. The bigger celebration in the UK, was a week later; November 5th, Guy Fawkes night / Bonfire night. We would make an effigy of poor Guido Fawkes and burn him, but the fireworks display was the most exciting part.

Inaflap we actually call it bobbing for apples in the US. I’m not sure why she spelled it that way...😬😁
