Increase or decrease the luck of a lucky item by giving it either say iron diamonds, emeralds, or gold or decrease it with mob drops like rotten flesh

You need to learn about the luck mechanic you can increase the luck of things with diamonds and gold and iron this means that Random lucky effects will trigger or with lucky blocks it will make it more likely to trigger a good effect
