I put receivers front an rear w/ only 1 winch , couple of Quick Connects an good to go . I find that what I need is what I didn't have with me last time stuck . One thing of new that impressed me of late , my buds Rechargeable Chain Saw . Its not made for real buckin but does a great job with out awaking the dead out there

Tracy James Tavares Having receivers on front and rear definitely does the job. Considering these smaller winches are not very expensive, I threw one on both ends. I love the idea of a battery operated chainsaw. I have to cut branches all the time when I go to my Lake property and sometimes it’s tough to get my gas chainsaw running.

With a LiL Warn1700 an a Snach Block my Samuria could clime trees . If ya start a real saw in a valley everyone 8 Mi away knows yr out there . With that Rechargeable you only hear the tree fall

Hey Tommy how are you and your family doing? It's been a while since we had a good BS season. Did I hear you say that your daughter's name is Lily?

where do you connect the winch cable to on the frame? are the factory tie downs good enough?

If I’m using a snatch block, in the rear I bring the winch hook back to the factory tiedown location. In the front when I use the snatch block, I use an axle strap around my winch mount, or sometimes I go lower down to the bottom of the frameWhere it is attached.

That snorkel actually belongs to an XJ jeep Cherokee. It was cheap on eBay for about $70. I had to modify it to make it fit. If you search my UA-cam channel and scroll down, you will find a video explaining how I did it.
