Totally agree. As a Chinese, I’m pretty confused about the uniform use of equipments in the national team(W968 from DHS), which means single technique easy to be aimed at. Worried about the dominance in TT as teenager players seems to be unprepared and having an unstable worldwide rank. We should not blame Harimoto for being a Japanese. Instead, we should consider the ？ in selecting system of national team. Harimoto、Yoshida Kaii、Seiko Iseki… Mmm
In all fairness... there wasn't much on the line nor a great threat opposing him. I think he just expected a fun experience with a friend who can hit some funny shots. 8>)

Hello Adam. I am a novice ping pong player. I have a decent backhand but cannot do a forehand or serve well, nor do I have a good paddle. I have a hardbat that has mostly peeled off and doesn't allow me to do more that a slight topspin. I would like to learn how to play table tennis, so could you please help me learn table tennis it show me to a resource where I can learn? Also, if it's possible, can you please tell me rubbers that I could apply to my peeled hardbat to make it a decent bat to start on, or a good paddle that I can use to begin on? I have heard the Butterfly Sriver and the Mark V are good beginner rubbers, but don't know what to buy. My bat has little pokes on both sides with very little rubber that is peeling off. I have been told it's called a hardbat so I referred to it as such. Thank you so much for your help, Adam.
