Yeah, most videos about making a lot of money are completely dishonest or at times scams. If it's too good to be true most likely it's just a waste of time, most videos are. Thank you for the helpful advice.

The way I see it is that ads do not waste your time. It is a way to get free content. If thwre was no ads or if everyone would use ad blockers, there would not be a way for creators to get paid for all the effort they put in, and thereby, you would not have any content to watch. So if you like watching content on UA-cam, you should also appreciate the ads is a way for cerators to actually get paid for all the hard work it takes to create quality content and for you to get access to all that for free.
