My flight to Costa Rica has a layover in Mexico city. The ticket had originally a layover of 3h40min and that's why I took it . Now, one week after purchase, they changed it and I have a layover of 17hours in the MEX airport. It doesn't seem fair or reasonable. They say that they don't have anymore flight leaving in the morning like the first ticket I bought. I spoke to agents and they don't want to help or refund. My flight is in 2 months. What can I do?
Im currently dealing with a horrible third party agents. I cant directly contact the airlines and have to be in touch with the agent only. Problem is they only reply me with bots giving the same instructions over and over again. Is there anyway else i could do?
my UNITED flight was changed with an added connection that makes me miss the connecting flight by 2 hours. they don't even have me going to my final destination of LONDON!! Where they dumped me was in DC where they don't even fly out to Europe anymore. They basically coerced me into a cancellation with 18 months or 2 year credit. We submitted a refund request after talking to 3 different people. So it likely will be denied. I don't understand these things.
Would if they aren’t canceling the flight but there is a border ban and I won’t be allowed to enter the country I’m flying to? Scheduled to fly to Germany on the 9th and they haven’t canceled.
Unfortunately, they have to either cancel or significantly change your flight in order for you to get a refund. Many flights to Europe are still operating even though most Americans can't enter.
How can I change my flight if I find out I have covid and was really sick?

Sadly it is made difficult by design. The airlines do not want to refund your payment. We completely understand your frustration.
I purchased a ticket from Colorado Springs to Houston n what I noticed is that they changed d flight to a different time. Can I get my money back
It depends on how much he time changed an on what airline. Changes of 2+ hours typically entitle you to a refund, but that's not always the case.

@@thriftytraveler thank you
By bravofly sent email conform refund cash in my account but i already check in account still not have...how to ? Can you help please
Ryanair is so shit tho, they don’t give refunds unless they cancel it
Thank you for this tip. I assume if the airline only changes my flight by 30 minutes then I don't qualify for a refund.
A small delay will not qualify. Keep waiting and be patient, hopefully, they will change it again or cancel the flight before your departure date.
