    He doesn't have to write an apology to anybody especially the owners, he just exposed these owners for who they are.

      fredfukkinbear kikkinnigass your name says it all as to why you would call him fake. because he made ppl uncomfortable about the existence of this country. players didn't even come out for the anthem until 2011 when military started paying the nfl to look more patriotic how fake is that smh.

    • @FredFukkinBear
      @FredFukkinBear 7 років тому +6

      My name doesn't say jack fucking shit, but it is rather presumptuous of you to think so. This is the exact kind of attitude that's going to keep fucking you in the ass until you get it through your head. The National Anthem was being played/sang at Baseball games as far back as 1918, during the war, to improve morale and unite Americans. NFL players started coming out before the anthem in 2009, not 2011. My issue with this clown is that he said he was "trying to bring awareness to the issue of oppression". As if we haven't had racial issues and claims shoved in our faces almost nonstop for the last 20 fucking years or more. The majority of oppression you or any other black man or woman faces is self manufactured. Black President, black lawyers, doctors, ect. ect. Just proof that if you have the motivation to get an education and make something of yourself, you can do or be just about anything you want. Save all that shuck n' jive bullshit for your brothers that think like you do. He quit his protest when he realized it was hurting his chances of getting on another team. That's as fake as it gets.

    • @FredFukkinBear
      @FredFukkinBear 7 років тому +2

      +Rey Chavez There you go, assuming shit again. You don't know jack shit about me brother, so stop posing. Blacks enslaved their own people and owned black slaves in America. You'd think blacks were the only people that were subject to slavery? Hell no dude... slavery has been around long before. You've never been a slave, and you've never known anyone that WAS a slave, so get the fuck over it already. Stop your God damn crying about it and quit trying to play it off as if you're a victim. Far too many brothers out there actually making a real life for themselves in this day and age, so pull your fucking pants up and do what needs to be done to succeed. You're not owed anything, so work for it like everyone else.

    • @ReyBoogie
      @ReyBoogie 7 років тому +10

      And there you go assuming that myself or other black ppl don't work hard. Or want & expect handouts. Your IQ is pretty low for you to have to cuss to try and get a point across. lol you're the guy that sits on social media all day to comment about black ppl and how they should live their lives. You have no say in what black ppl should do in life.

    • @rizon72

      The problem I had with Kap's 'protest', I could make it out to him protesting anything I wanted in the US. It was a poorly designed protest. I could say he was against kittens in the US. Nothing of what he did said what he was protesting for, when you have to explain your protest, its a failure of a protest. Second, he was doing it on their (the owners) time, not his time. ITs a reflection of the team, a distraction, and cost them money for what? He protested over the treatment of blacks, but the discussion was directed at the military, so again, his protest failed. Third, never thought he was a great QB even back in 2012 and thought it was a mistake for the 49ers to trade Alex Smith.

      You're right he should have ignored systematic racism, and stood for that racist national anthem for the love of money. 90% of the country never even heard the full song but say they're patriots. I've learned racist minded people hate the facts, don't even mention actual numbers or stats.

    Send a letter?????????? A letter for what? He took a stand and now you want him to go with his hat in his hand begging? This situation did exactly what Colin intended, put racism on front street. They don't go half as hard on players who have done things ten times worse than not standing for a damn song.

    • @robertqueberg4612
      @robertqueberg4612 6 років тому

      Hello,
      Your statement about “a damned song”, shows a rather prejudiced viewpoint in itself. You must have some interest in team sports, if you are posting your thoughts here. How many games can a team win without a coach to help the players work together, rather than everyone on the field chasing after the quarterback? A nation that does not have a coach, or one that the citizens will not work with, will suffer greatly.
      Your opinions are your opinions, shaped by your life and associations with other people. If this nation, with its failures and flaws since its inception is still the promised land to more people from all around the world than any other place.
      From your photo, I would think that you were born after the dangerous work of Rosa Parks, Dr. King, and all of the citizens, both black and white who saw a serious injustice that needed urgent care. You have also seen things that you honestly believe need fixing. I remember a black man walking into a Kentucky gas station/ store in 1969. He was reminded to take his bottle of beer to the back room to drink it. That made a big impression.
      Your comment about bringing racism to Front Street is a reminder about pot holes that need to be patched. Front Street is a two way street. Standing on the curb and complaining about cars being torn apart, will not help the cars. When a person has the opportunity to toss a shovel of gravel into the worst holes, others will follow the example. These are the actions that our children need to see before Front Street will smooth out.
      The young of all species, learn important things from both parents if they are there to guide and correct their offspring. You stated that Collin took a stand. What is new about this nation having divisions along racial, religious, social, and financial lines? Everyone knows about the problems. What can a person do to help mend things? We can look at another person and say hello, rather than turning your head. We can raise our children to be responsible and respectful. Being a thug or tomcat, is not anything but a short cut to the morgue.
      Our multimillionaire jocks are in a position to make a lasting difference in our nation. They can do things to reach out to kids in the places where you can die for wearing the wrong color shirt. The athletes earn millions endorsing clothing and shoes that kids either kill or die for.
      What is wrong with some of those millions going back to fund extra classes in schools to prepare the kids to take the better path? Establish programs to rehabilitate houses with the citizens of the neighborhood learning to do as much of the work as possible, and being able to continue to work in a trade. Fund athletic leagues where the cops and kids can learn that the other side is not really that bad. Ideally either the kids or cops can razz each other about a bad throw to first, or not catching a long pass in the end zone. Kneeling in protest will likely set racial progress back, rather that moving it forward.

    Listen to the first few lines Dion said. He loves the fact that he stood up for injustices, but needs to understand their are repercussions. That is true i cant disagree with that. But take a second and ask yourself, what kinda of system would PUNISH someone for using their CONSTITUTIONAL rights to highlight injustices??? what is the mindset of people who rather have a career backup QB over a pro bowl playoff QB? What is making this man so unmarketable? Simply what Dion said in the opening line....He stood for something.

He did practice in his freedom of speech and the people didn't like it. All I can say is in war when a bullet misses you by an m.m all the speeches of America the free is not on your mind. But the only thing that is is surviving. I don't agree with what Colin Kaepernik did. But I did fight for the American flag and way of life in freedom. Deion Sanders is much more rational than most sportscasters addressing the Colin Kaepernick situation but he still misses the point. Kaepernick has no right to disrupt his workplace and expect to keep his highly paid job. Aside from the issue of Kaepernick's inappropriate behavior on the field his statements are bizarre and incoherent.

      @@MsLoloKnows Yes he certainly does. However, he does not have a right to protest in his workplace and keep his job. Your employer does not have to tolerate protest. My point is very specific, it has nothing to do with whether he is correct about what he is protesting. Just to complete my argument, he does not have the right to kneel in support of the police in the workplace either. He is there to play football which by the way is a game for morons. I have no sympathy for the NFL either. I am only explaining that free speech does not apply in the workplace.

      And did it in a way which was stupid. His protest was done in a way where he had to explain what he was doing. I could interpret his kneeling as many things, all of which are issues which are a problem in the US. The biggest failure was he failed to take into account how many might view his protest, which was as a slap in the face for every soldier or person who gave their life for the flag from the revolutionary soldier to today. The way he protested derailed the issue which makes him stupid and his protest a failure.

      a slap in the face to soldiers who gave their lives for a flag? For a flag that represents the oppression of his people? What about the lives of the people who didnt give away their lives but were cut down in the prime of it by some one representing that flag, who was supposed to be upholding the law? Are you saying that He should have more loyalty for someone holding up a flag that from where I'm standing; from where he's standing.. stands for oppression over people who he has an identity connection with? People who oppressed no-one and whose only crime was the color of their skin?
      I dont think the "way he protested" derailed anything besides complacency in my people. You have ill- will toward him because of his protest which was a stand for justice... Congratulations, you're a racist.

      rizon72 People want to stay blind to the problems in America when those problems don't directly affect them.... it has become a natural thing for people to oppose, ignore, or be offended by all who seek to startle or change the status quo... His underlying message is very clear... we can play all these games to avoid the reality we live in this country but the truth is undeniable.... Maintain focus on the clear message, we have to try and solve problems one at a time(Assuming you even care about his message in the first place).

    I didn't watch nearly as much football last year as I normally have in past years. I live in Canada and even then I don't respect a league that won't punish athletes for being unpatriotic. Players should be fined and suspended for disrespecting the national anthem. There is no reason the league should even have to think twice about it. The anthem is not just a symbol of pride and freedom but it also brings Americans together. All that Kapernick did was divide Americans, cost the NFL to lose a huge chunk of it's fan base and revenue. Not to mention he was clearly distracted and he played like absolute garbage as a result.

    kaepernik is one of the top quarterbacks if he played in canada. I want to see how many players will sit for the anthem, if this activitism is so important for blacks, prove it. I want to see some white players support there brothers by not standing. prove your loyalty. If it so important what kaepernik did, do it again this year, prove it. Be a man prove it.

    After reading the comments on this site, one thing is clear. Most people are incapable of listening. More than that it is evident that most of the people voicing their opinions are not well educated. Inability to listen or think makes it difficult to progress through life. In the big picture the NFL is not important. Being a responsible adult in service to family, friends, and community should be the focus. Too much energy and resources are being wasted on a relatively insignificant issue. Learning to spell would be a better investment for the stupos I see weighing in here. Love

    Deion would like to play against Kapernick to pad his interception stats . Harbaugh isn't going to trash a former player ,as a coach it would make him look bad. I still say BOYCOTT the NFL let players share in REVENUE LOSS maybe that will help resolve the issue .

    The fact is Keap should be the back up QB at the Cowboys it makes the most sense Romo leaves, Dak is the starter and u have Keap who can play if the pieces around him are good , he's an average QB but give him a decent O line and he can win u enough games to get you to the playoffs

    • @SuperJohn12354
      @SuperJohn12354 7 років тому

      If he goes to the cowboys he needs to make a deal where he plays atleast 2 games a year, on a 3 year deal that will show case him and then Jerry can trade him in his last year to a team that needs a QB and he can become a starter again WIN WIN for everyone.

    Rey, Tambrajo, Justin, & all the rest in the same mode as Collin K. This country is so racial, that WE elected an African American as President! This terrible country has went from having legal slaves to the point we're at now in the neighborhood of 200 years! A black man with ambition, and a goal can reach this goal, regardless of what it is with just a bit of work. In fact, the Black man has a better opportunity than a white man with the same goal. Collin Kaepernick had a contract for over 100 million dollars, yes, that's million with an "M"! No other country in the world offers the opportunity for a Black person to succeed at whatever they want. If Colin, and obviously you folks mentioned, don't like this country and it's opportunities, pack your bags and move to one that offers more to you! *Hint-- There isn't one! NOT ONE!

    So apparently if you dislike Kaepernick as a player, you're a racist. If you dislike the actions or statements of Kaepernick, you're a racist. However, if you dislike Tom Brady, you're just ignorant about the game.
    The NFL owners, just like any other industry, have every right to avoid a controversial employee. It has nothing to do with race and everything to do with his impact on their financial health.
    This is America. You want to protest, then protest to your hearts content, but don't cry if you suffer some consequences for your action. Put on your big boy pants and take it like a man.

      Ozark Ed if u cnt respect his protest then yes u probably are a racist.. who gives a fuck if u are a fan of his..but if u heard y he was refusing to stand (for a racist ass song intended for whites only ),and u couldn't respect that then yeah u probably are racist.. cause if u knew what really was going on around the country to the Black American people of all ages and sex and u have no problem with it then u are a racist.. and u r probably one of them who try to justify the brutality by criminalizing the suspect if possible.. by bringing up a marijuana charge he was convicted for several years prior or some shit like that.. or he or she was resisting arrest and Instead of following training n guidelines they use deadly force for resisting arrest.. yeah dats u.n yeah u a fuckin racist.. but probably scared to death of any black man u come across with his head held high..just like majority of these bitch ass cops.. racist and even more afraid.. not to mention envious of our body that yo white women cnt go without from yo momma to yo daughter ..and of course yo wife.. probably fantasize about a big thick long black cock that can actually reach her walls n make her cum for a change.. jealous that yo cursed skin completion can't even handle the rays from the sunlight.. u are a fuckin cave man who shared yo cave with yo filthy ass swine beside u..pure evil beings..known for nothing but treachery and trickery and dishonesty.. but the true isrealites are God's chosen ones.. that's y y'all tried to keep that knowledge from us..but the truth always surfaces no matter how long it takes.. n just like your savage ancestors did then, u do now tryna keep us in servitude and kill us and keep us blind..but more n more of us are waking up every day and eventually u won't be able to control us with your religions and mind control.. then the tables will turn and Gods chosen people will rule,and u savages will return to your natural state hiding from the sunlight in caves n shit.. living like animals like Tarzan..

    It's not about what he is costing NFL owners, Colon is representing the "New Elites" Think about motives, they want to tear down monuments and get blacks fighting whites. But who would want that? Why can't anyone see the Elites want them down, the statues were Elites who by their wealth felt they should be allowed the liberty to own people. The Elites will rise again when people forget, globalization and depopulation is the plan. There will only be two sets of people, not race driven, The Elites wealthy and powerful and the worker slaves to the Elites. It's about Genocide of white middle class and black middle class, anyone who will fight them.
