From the point of view of sonata theory the first movement is bonkers.

But the score and what they play seem to be different some times. For example in 1:20 the cello plays a C D G instead of C D E
It's possible the score displayed has a typo. Also, the performers could be using an edition of the piece that has that difference.

This score is heavily edited. The performers play mostly what Haydn originally intended
