Koko Taylor interview 1/28/1994 WERU-FM State Theatre Portland, ME

I conducted this interview with Koko on Jan 28, 1994 prior to her concert at the State Theater in Portland, Maine.
Apologies for the low quality audio, it was taken from a 28 year old cassette and I wanted to digitize it before it became unrecoverable.
This interview was only aired one time, on WERU-FM. At the time, the studio was run out of a former chicken coop owned by Noel Paul Stookey (Peter, Paul and Mary) in Blue Hill, Maine.
Mark Abb and I split a weekly blues show, Blues Review every Thursday @ 10:00 pm.
