Surprisingly yes, currently I have 27” tires on it and on dirt it will still spin the tires off of the line if I floor it. I find a lot of the time I’m either riding casually at around 40-50 kph or I’ll ride it very aggressively almost like a sport quad at closer to 60-70kph and it has plenty of power for either of the ways I ride. Would it be nice in some situations to have a higher output bike? Yes definitely. Is the 520 enough to make it through those situations anyway? Yes, but you may have to go into those situations a little differently then you would on a 750 or 1000
Yes it has the DCT transmission. I tend to use the manual thumb button shift mode of the DCT as it fits my aggressive riding style better. There is also an automatic shift mode. You can switch between auto and manual using a selector on the handlebars, it’s pretty cool how it works.
