You have to upgrade the electronics to make more speed

It does have some more speed left. Just finished some scooter updates (new video on channel) which will let us do some better testing!

S build a suspension fork, n upgrade to something motor wise that's geared down for power than speed, n u could have a awsom on n off road scoot

Both great suggestions! I've been thinking about how to improve the stem/hinge/handlebars, but hadn't considered a complete fork redesign. And the scooter would benefit from a matched motor/controller, I have some ideas but nothing definite yet!

Yeah I know the feeling I'm lucky enough to have a decent sized little 2 car garage that was built in 1909 for small cars😂🤣
      That's ok I daily drive a Suzuki Samurai ,
But I have like or had like 3-4 projects going at once, I was trying to build to sell and video at same time, unfortunately I had a storage place I lost and it was close to the shop so everything in there flooded the shop, n then all the local friends I'm sure u have the same ones , only stop when they need something welded or a proper n specific tool ,
Well I'm learning the hard way how to start a UA-cam and a electric and gas build n goof channel n almost like it's just a channel about trying to clean up my mess lately,
But I have same scooter and have some plans , 1 electric idea and I gas idea, ..., Look in to some other guys suspension fork builds on here, some times if I'm blank I'll just check out some other builders videos..
Well, just wanted to say COOL build!!! But I went on forever 🤔😂🤣🙊🙉🙈

@@Ground-up My garage is 1930s for 1 car! Couldn't fit cars, might as well be projects! 🤣
Trying to start anything from nothing is a huge undertaking filled with ups and downs, and not much help, but there is also some satisfaction in the end as I'm sure you know. In my experience, the hard way is usually the way I learn the most.
I'm subscribing to your channel and looking forward to seeing what you do with the scooter! Thank-you!!!

Thanks for the interest in sub,
Be gentle I'm middle of cleaning up a mess that took 3 years to make,
But yeah some satisfaction 1 good example I have for u really quick ,
3 years ago a biker comes in to my shop and asked if I could convert 2 bikes he has be for July forth , I had 2 weeks I figured sure, between shipping an the custom work I had going on In my head already, I grew up in a biker typ atmosphere,
He said he wants one for himself simple and one for his son who he really hasn't had much relationship with prison n hospital, he had some issues really nice guy covered in tattoos full on biker, so he tells me be for he pulls the bicycle out that he brought it to another guy who told him he could build it, it's one of them Jessy James bikes chopper style, but covered in rust and holes from the guy trying to weld flat stock on frame as motor mounts , to thin his flat stock n the frame,
Lots of work n I loved it but hated it his estimate for the 2 bike totally built to last and ride n look good was 8-900$
The bike I did for the father was nice
But the bike I did for the kid was art n I did it because it hit home a little bit,
So long story even longer , sorry,
Get bikes done he picks them up super happy, I explained the sons bike is extremely low to the ground it's not something u want to ride off or up curbs u will hit exhaust, he n his son hat them a week I get a call about the pipe on his son's I asked him if he could drop off n I'd take care of it that weekend n he could come on Sunday Eve or Monday, that weekend he ended up in hospital n his fried calls every week we can't make it he's not doing good, n turns out he passes away,
But his sons bike I put so much work re building patching and turning on to a sportster looking bike, if I did it for any one else I would have charged 1200 just for that extr b custom , but I charge the guy the 850$ I told him I'd charge, because I grew up in that biker life as a child,
So after all that happened because I felt for this man wanting his kid to have a nice bike I went way way over board, n unfortunately his father died just after he gave it to him, but made me happy he's got something he can remember him by that he was in2

Haha! When I design and build things, safety is usually not a very high priority. And since this is the only thing I've ever welded, I'd rather not test it with my face!
