Trevor always worth listening to.I sometimes listen to him for hours. Sometimes I wonder how he always know what to say. He is wise and articulate. His world view is unbiased. Am a big fan.
What I love most about watching Trevor Noah's interviews is his ability to think before answering a question and effortlessly making people laugh, so much wisdom👏🏾

"We have to start acknowledging the fact that we are all dominoes affecting each other. Yes, you can say that you are self-made, but really, you're always going to be society-made, you're always going to be community-made. And so then, you understand that you're only going to be as strong as your society or your community is in trying to get to that made place." Great ending.
Ther is no such thing as a self made man, we are all community made Facts Trevor, pure facts. Miss me with the pull up yourself by your bootstraps message, some don’t even have bootd
No one is self made. A tree needs the sun, air, soil and water to grow. Same with a person. We depend on the progress and strives of others to get to where we need to be.
You selected an absolutely perfect first guest to interview. He is articulate about many core concepts that I want to emphasize in my own company but I don't have the clarity of vision for. Listening to Trevor, hearing your own questions, and then doing a little self-introspection helps me understand better what I want to accomplish. Thank you!
Trevor is incredible. The way he speaks and what he says instantly makes sense and connects, it seems to come from a place of deep reflection, ease and contentment. For me he is one of the greatest role models.
Us either, Trevor was a dream! If you'd like to listen to the full hour long conversation, check out the podcast episode! we.are.expensify.com/episode-8-lat-talks-trevor-noah (You can find it on Spotify, Apple, etc as well!)
Loved what he said about access for people with disabilities (especially the ramps for those who need wheelchairs). Also appreciated how well-mannered he is; he was the only one who pushed in his chair before leaving.
This man speaks so eloquently 😍. I manifest a man like him 💕. Been his #1fan for years his background and childhood stories are pretty similar to mine. Blessings on his life and journey 🙏
Always had time for Trevor. Enjoyed his comedy for the past 6+ years cos of how he delivered serious issues with such nuance. Even beyond comedy, he's fuckin brilliant!
Trevor has the intellectual ability to tell it as it is. He does not mince his words, he states his opinion and does not expect anybody to agree with him, that is a sure gift. You do not have to be super educated to be like that, but take your experiences and make them understandable to others. He is a master at that which reflects his self-confidence around people, that in itself creates the platform of trust.
"Everyone has the element of not being themselves depending on the world that they're in, the people that don't generally are what I call assholes." Me:"Thank you, Trevor for being you. God bless you"🤗💖
Wonderful interview with a relevant and cohesive theme, well considered dialogue, and genuinely useful takeaways for leaders trying to create better performing teams irrespective of industry or circumstance. Thanks for doing it Expensify and thanks for sharing with us Mr. Noah. Well done.
This is worth repeating. No one on earth is self-made every person's success is on top of other's help or sacrifice or chance or opportunity. No 2 people are the same and their experiences of one event is not the same even if they are identical twins standing side by side.
I always love any conversation with Trevor Noah. I am always intrigued by his perspective and the world views through his eyes. It's amazing how he pushes so many people's buttons and I love it. Pushing the envelope is always better than staying in the place that makes everyone else comfortable.
I love the way Noah makes a clear distinction here between criticism, roasting and accountability - and why NONE of these is "cancel culture". In fact, real "cancel culture" was things like Mcarthyism and blacklisting actors in Hollywood, etc.
I love listening to Trevor the human and stand up comedian but loathe listening to Trevor the talkshow host. His personal views are a lot more nuanced and centrist than he projects on the daily show which presents a very biased and almost deliberately polarizing view of political issues. He has a very interesting perspective and given enough time to articulate his thoughts, he is a very compelling speaker. Great job on the interview.
Trevor definitely has the best guests on his show. Bunch of interesting people, never focusing solely on Hollywood celebrities. I love Kate night shows, but very rarely fo I watch jnterviws with guests. The Daily Show is a huge exception for me - I always know that Trevor will have an interesting and clever guest.
Trevor is an exceptional human being on so many levels. He reminds me of the late, great Bob Marley in many ways. He cares about humanity, not on the basis of what skin colour they happened to have born into or what abilities they have. He cares because he is human.
I just love listening to Trevor, very smart and articulate guy. Im betting some of the interviewers don’t understand the things his says cuz they just can’t catch up to his words and intellect. 😂😂
Lessons Learnt From Trevor Noah: 1. Children Grow Up In A WORLD Where We Create The Idea Of The World For Them 2.
