Hey Hugo was wondering where in the harbour could I catch a kingie. I've never caught one so I'm going harbour next week and a got a 6000 reel with a 15kg rod with 30lb line using pilchids. I'm using a clip with star doing to swivel to a 2 hook. Any thing i need to know or do
Hey mate , to be dead honest I feel like this summer has been rubbish for kingfish , I haven’t got one landbased at all this year , best bet is to try somewhere around middle harbour , balmoral is a good shout because they might come around in the morning !! Definitely let me know how you go mate !!!
