I believe she is hoarse... and having difficulty with her vocal chords. She’s been touring. Tired voice sounds like this and they usually sing in a different register than the original.
But if you watch them on tv shes not xD lol. I was there and just watched it on tv its drastically different but obviously it would be. But this is why i dont think filming should be allowed at the Dove Awards. But yeah her in ears were messed up. She took them out after the first verse
