------ Franklin D. Roosevelt - American special premium Tier X aircraft сarrier. From the deck of USS Franklin D. Roosevelt, the second Midway-class aircraft carrier, a significant milestone was achieved by the U.S. Navy. It marked the first series of takeoffs and landings conducted by a jet aircraft from an aircraft carrier. Upon entering service, the ship initially focused on exercises and diplomatic missions during her early years. Later, she served in the Mediterranean Sea and Southeast Asia.

Why ? FDR is not OP bro, not heal on torpedo planes and very slow planes, FDR need a buff
no, it was an special tactics for only roosevelt to use it especially for targeting cruisers or dont wanna miss the time for the next dropping of targets

I haven't been able to pull this off yet. Seems like u gotta slow down to the minimum.
@captainworstpirateiveheard9842 yeah just hold slow and turn, it gets some getting used to but it feels great when you get it down and really helps with hitting dudes thinking just hiding behind islands works
This is off to me idk the amount of times he was off with bombers and still landed 6-7 bombs is crazy

From all special carriers i think FDR has the most problems in terms of aircraft handling but compensates with shear plane hp... but i wouldnt trade my max immelman or my malta on it.
Malta is by far the most convenient cv at TX

She needs her old rocket planes back or buff to that cooldown. Other carriers are more versatile or op ( Nakimov) making FDR a hard choice to spend ur steel imo. I try to go after capital ships that are slow at turning at first. Late game, damaged Cruisers are easier to deal with since their AA isn't strong. For a premium, Malta is better all around.
