Project Love to Learn, Learn to Earn: Beginnings

Last October 16, 2021, Project Love to Learn, Learn to Earn started with its goal of using Scouting and livelihood skills for the holistic reformation of the children in conflict with the law (CICLs) at DSWD-7 Regional Rehabilitation Center for Youth (RRCY) so that they will be enriched and self-sufficient when they rejoin their communities.
The project has changed the lives of so many Youth, and has become a source of love, joy, and hope for others. We aim to continue with our goal and help many more become the best versions of themselves!
