True & Certain Chicago Suburbs still uses this one as well, Morton Grove IL Police Niles IL Police & Forest Park IL Police still uses this siren still, & I also forgot Tulsa Oklahoma Police still uses this one, everytime I always see their Chases reminds me of Chicago PD back in the 1990s to the 2000's before the LED Chicago Police used this same siren from 1994-2004.
Really cool to see that they decided to keep it as is and not just sell it, it's so cool to see these period correct cruisers in good shape, I just saw a clip on Instagram of what I think was an 80s Tahoe on I think the 6th street bridge in LA? The one with all of the drama around it lol, I'm surprised the LAPD even still has one
@@sixstringbestfriend my guess is so that they could have both of their emergency lights and sirens from the same company, so it was probably logistics...
I love that ultra hi-lo on the federal signal touchmaster tm4 Chicago Police used to use those all the time especially that hi-lo
Mostly Milwaukee County Sheriff now

Absolutely perfect ❤
Nice catch! Cool to hear that siren!
Agreed. Thanks!

Haha yep!
Best Touchmaster impression I've ever heard.
@@californiafiredepartmentvideos 😂
Awesome catch! What is it for a film? Or is it still in use by the dept. ?
This was taken during an event held by the BHPD. This car was retired in 2006 and is now privately owned
What was that first siren called?
Nice I have a 98 Tahoe LT
That's a beautiful truck
Wow!
How do you make the highbeams go back and forth
They're called WigWags
Why they retire it, looks great, perfect enough for traffic stops or other emergencies.
It's all about the mileage. Once it reaches a certain threshold, the vehicle must be replaced
90210FireBuff that's bullshit
Israel Response Videos I second that! Chevys lasts longer than the allotted miles Police usually give!
@@westlaresponsevideos4094 It is a liability issue.
is that vehicle virgins?
Pascal it’s an Eddie Van Halen wrap, maybe it’s him🤷♂️
Yes 💯
Definitely the Unitrol yelp.
The old Unitrol Touchmaster
I always associated BHPD with the Code3 Mastercom but I guess they used FS in the 90s.
@@sixstringbestfriend a lot of agencies did...
@@chpman2013 I wonder why they made the switch to the Mastercom.

Great looking rig
Was this for a movie shoot or something?
No, it's to preserve a part of the PD's history.
Look at that beauty! ❤
And yeah, the Lambos too. 😆
