Preached in Birmingham today with Phil - Focussed on sin of abortion - Expected more spark than we got - Couple of gospels taken - Plus a number of tracts taken - Some encouragements from passing believers - Naysayers aplenty - A young woman argued vehemently with Phil - As she turned from him she met me who offered her a tract - With some vehemence she said, "and how many children have you adopted?" - I replied, "Two, boys!" - Her lips kept moving but nothing was coming out - Eventually she got her voice back & called me a liar - She chose to call me a liar, wrong choice again - Alas with wills fastened to sin how can they choose anything but sin - Prayer with me please that God's word not return to Him void - Thank you for your prayers - DV, Macclesfield tomorrow & Holywell Evangelical Church in the evening:
