see there are two different types of HR round
Type 1 , HR roaund that happens before tech / skill round
see in this type of roaund you need to act smart and confidence
to crack this please take care of under mentions
1. Know about the company
2. prepare bacis Hr question like about your self , weekness strenght ..and lot more
3. they wil check your presentation skills
Type 2
It happen after skill / tech round
its just a formality , to make you knw you are selected and background check
so in this just be your self and dont disclose your plans for future studies

The english is just.. not english sorry.
have never seen a worst company than Technip.... profesionally speaking.... It is a real disaster and at least the spanish division are pathetic. Their policy consist on recruiting "cheap" young professionals driven by old experienced... whith the aim of saving money against quality.... let alone the great amount of failures found after every project. I do absolutely NOT endorse them. The best engineering companies in Spain are: Intecsa, IDOM, Tecnicas Reunidas, etc miles away from Technip...
